Los cuartos son anticuados, las camas un poco incómodas.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

It was not a problem for me but may be one for someone: the elevator goes up to floor 6, and there are also rooms on floors 7 and 8, accessible only by staircase.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Location is definitely very convenient and staff are helpful and friendly. Cleanliness is average. Main disadvantage is that we stayed on the 8th floor and the lift served till 6 floor and we had to walk up 2 floors. It’s basically a place to sleep and the facilities are very basic. Would be nice if there’s hot water and water available.

Location was excellent. Within walking distance (20 minutes) to Park Guell and even closer to Sagrada Familia. Easy access to the metro as well. Many cafes close by to choose from on a pedestrian only promenade and hop on hop off bus pick up point around the corner. Very large bathroom and staff very very friendly and obliging. The room, although comfortable, was very stark with no facilities for tea/coffee making. And there is a small roof top access area with good views but it is not as inviting as the photos indicate.

Would be great to have fridge in the room and some bottle of water, when you arrive late night and can't buy it.

Room was so cold, I asked lady to open the heating, even though she promised to open it right now, the radiator never warmed up.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with super easy access to the metro station and bus stops. If you enjoy walking, you can also reach many major tourist destinations on foot. I could see the Sagrada Familia from my room and even from the bathroom window, which was amazing! The hotel and the rooms are incredibly clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a short stay in beautiful Barcelona ☺️

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. The bed sheets felt used, and housekeeping only made the bed each morning without properly servicing the room. Our towels were never replaced; instead, the cleaning staff rehung the same used towels—even though we consistently left them on the bathroom floor to indicate they should be changed.

The first night we stay room was very cold and the heater wasn’t working. And later we ask the staff to fix it. They handled it well, but in the first night, we got sick because of the cold :( also I didn’t like the sleeping stuff blanket, etc. they didn’t seem clean. The sheets were clean but blankets are not well covered with the sheets. And lastly the bed was really uncomfortable

Staff were very helpful. The location was wonderful. Within 15 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. 2 min walk to the Hop on Hop off bus stop. Many small restaurants and shopping within walking as well. Nothing we did not like.

Cleanliness and the staff No elevator to the 7th floor

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

The room was fine and acceptable for the price. The hotel staff were kind and friendly. Although we noticed an issue with the bed linen, the room itself was at least cleaned. A nice highlight was the terrace on the top floor, which was very pleasant. It was also possible to leave luggage at the hotel after check-out. We had dirty bed linen, which was disappointing. The room was not soundproof, and we could hear other guests during the night. The keys have to be left at the reception every time you leave the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. While luggage storage is available, it is left openly at the reception without a secure storage area. We also missed the option of breakfast or any kind of refreshments at the hotel.

Very clean and in a good location about 14 minutes on foot from Sagrada Familia. The room was spacious, it smelled fresh, and the staff were kind and spoke English

Absolutely outstanding staff, cleanliness, value, view from the terrace, and location! Extremely accommodating and helpful staff gave us a room on the 6th floor (the final stop of the elevator). Oriol, volunteered and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect wine bar :) The ONLY issue: Our beds were pretty rough for our 55+ backs. I think their next investment should be in mattresses and new linens.

Great location, close to the L5 metro line and just a short walk from the Sagrada Família (one metro station away on the same line). There’s a nice sitio (balcony) with a great view (of “Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau” mostly and a tiny bit, the tip of Sagrada Família also visible, but I guess other rooms have different views) where you can sit down and relax, and the balcony has shades that help keep the room from overheating. The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped, with small hotel shampoos, shower gels, and bars of soap provided. There’s also a small TV, though I didn’t have time to use it. The room can get warm at times, but the air conditioning cools down pretty well (even if it looks and feels a bit old and some of its features not fully work, the fan mode for example). Overall it’s on a relatively quiet street and no noises disturbed my sleep when I was there. It’s on the 6th floor so I guess it helps. The building has an elevator, the reception is open 24/7, and the staff are genuinely very friendly and helpful. There are also plenty of good restaurants in the area, including an Italian restaurant just downstairs. There weren’t any real blankets — I solved the problem by combining the blanket covers (or maybe they were just blanket-like sheets, I’m not entirely sure) from two beds and plus the bed sheet from the other bed (I traveled alone), and that worked out fine. Otherwise, I would have had to ask the staff for one, because I would have frozen without it. I didn’t want to use the bed covers themselves, both because of the material and because I wasn’t confident about how clean they were, there were some dark spots on them, probably they’ve been cleaned, but not replaced in a while (there are photos of this). As for toiletries, as mentioned there was some soap provided, and when the room was cleaned, additional bars were brought in. However, I would have really preferred liquid soap, which is far more convenient and, considering the price for the room, not at all unreasonable to expect. It costs the establishment very little but makes a big difference in comfort for the guests. Another issue was the rule that guests aren’t allowed to take the room keys with them — every time you leave, you have to drop them off at reception and pick them up again when you return. I understand that maybe some guests have lost keys in the past, but it still feels like an odd rule and creates unnecessary hassle, even if you’re just stepping out for a few minutes to buy groceries. Of course you’re a visitor, but it makes you feel like a total stranger and a first to even your own room. I would kindly advise changing this system and implementing keycards or something similar. That said, I want to emphasize that everyone at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Still, that doesn’t erase my impression of this being the strangest access system I’ve ever encountered.

It was as in a great location. Actually walking distance to the Sagrada familia. Close to restaurants, markets, train station It’s was a great value

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

Location is perfect, just 10 minutes from Sagrada Familia, 30 minutes from Parc Guell, close to metro station and city center, many restaurants nearby, easy acces from the airport by subway, very friendly staff. Room was small, lacking shelfs in the dressing for clothes, bathroom was big but need repairs, some of the objects are old and worn out.

Good location, nice and polite staff, clean. Small rooms. Uncomfortable beds.
