Basic clean hotel

It was very hard to get internet anywhere. In the room, in different part of the lobby, it kept disconnecting or sometime would not even work at all for several hours. Really annoying since -- travelling for work -- I needed internet to get things done.

ants in the bathroom, the sound insulation is very very bad

It's not close to anything worth visiting but there is a bus stop a few blocks away. Same goes for stores.

• Located in a quiet neighborhood easily accessible by public transport • The room is clean and well-designed • Toiletries are available at the reception upon request • Some rooms have windows looking into the small dark courtyard and should be priced lower, okay for when one only spends the nights in the hotel room — but should be clearly stated and priced accordingly

The shuttle at toilet is broken. I can't close the shuttle while taking a shower. However, staff are very nice, they came to help us and fix it very fast.

New and well furnished lobby and rooms. Very professional Staff. Timely cleaning. No fridge in room.

We only ate once, for breakfast. It was okay but I can't say I would recommend. Coffee/tea in the room would have been great, but many places very near so not that bad.

The hotel is 15min by foot to Sagrada Familia, but there are also 2-3 bus stops right in front of the hotel and a metro station within few minutes of walking. All in all, it is a great spot for even greater value for money.

I am really glad that I booked this hotel. Very good location close to 2 line metro, and few minutes away from Sagrada Familia. Very helpful staff, tasty breakfast, clean and comfortable room. I really recommend.

Close to bus stops and close to everything, restaurants, souvenir shops, fast food, etc. There's no complaint.

ROOM LARGE, COMFORTABLE NO CABLE, LOUSY TV, ASKED RECEPTIONIST IF I COULD HEAT UP A SANDWICH AT THE BAR WHICH HAD A MICROWAIVE VISIBLE ON A TABLE, HE REFUSED. IT SHOWS HOW PETTY THEY ARE .

PERFECT STAY! Location is very close to all spots you think of visiting in Barca. Around 3 metro stations and 2 busstops 2 - 8 mins walk from the hotel. Clean rooms and great facility. The stuff was so helpful aslo in checking in earlier due to room availability. Only the water in room 608 was not hot enough for the cold weather. No shampoos or shower gels in the bathrooms.
