the room was fine, the receptionist were very polite and accommodating to my request to extend check out to 1pm. The housekeeping wasnt that great and maintenance was slow to our request to replace the shower in toilet which didnt happen

Perfect location

Booking.com sell the room as having a pool view, when we realised that the room did not have a pool view and spoke to reception they informed us that that was just a preference and not an actual guareenteed pool view room. Pool has very limited chairs and no umbrellas.

Everything was awesome

The beds were large/comfy and the bathroom was spacious. A little aging property. The pool is not like in the pictures. The gym is just a small room with two cardio machines.

I like that the property is close to the beach and all the employees are super nice! You can hear everything in the halls, every door slam, kids running down the halls at like midnight and others were whistling in the hall early in the morning. The bathroom would randomly smell like sewage, furniture could be updated. Fridge didn’t work. We had multiple mojitos from the bar and every single one tasted different from the last.

It was very loud. Guests who came late from parties made a lot of noise

Quite and clean None

I liked that it was near the beach and affordable. The room was pretty plain and small, but the bathroom was very nice! We heard a lot of noise in the hallway too. I was woken up out of deep sleep because the people in the room next to us came home late and slammed their door.

It was nice Our safe didn’t work and took 3 days to fix-staff nice and helpful with it

I only stayed one night between some work and personal travel, and the room was extremely comfortable - best night of sleep on my trip! Rooms are spacious, with AC and comfortable beds. There is a pool, gym, and hammam, and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away No airport shuttle available, and the metro is not close by. But taxis are readily available outside the hotel

Very fantastic hotel location

We liked the location. The room was clean. It needed somewhere to put your suitcases ours were on the floor which i I don’t like. The window needed a screen because we got mosquitoes. The man at the desk would give us towels for the sauna/pool unless we paid 5 euros cash. It was a cold day and we were out in the rain all day. When we came back we thought as nice sauna would warm us up. We still went in but without a towel. That was a ridiculous policy. There was a pile of towels on floor in sauna change room.

Quiet location with a great patio area and bar on premise. Couldn’t tell when the restaurant was open or closed… would have loved some tapas…
