The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and efficient. The facilities were very basic. No fridge in the room, no coffee supplied other than the first night, very little in the way of useable storage space. The safe was almost unusable because it had been bolted down in a location that stopped the door opening fully.

Like the location, was near to metro and La Sagrada Familia, the Staff are very friendly and helpful N/A

i dont like was the you will hear people talking loud outside room,

The location is good, they changed the bed sheets every day and brought in new towels.

Upon arrival at 3 PM room was not ready Staff are lazy and ask to check room if it is ready. It should be their responsibilty. So i give that specific staff advice in person that he should check himself and when room is ready only then he should tell us to go to room. When we reached room, soap bottles are empty. When I request for refill, told us that no more staff on duty. The lift is very small and defective. We got trapped in one lccassion.. Only 2 persons can fit comfotably (if empty handed) . If you have luggage, goodluck! Breakfast- apple juice taste bland. Pineapple too sweet. Strawberry jam container is empty. Lockers are not free and abit tricky ( you know when you experience it. They don't refund the coins eaten accidentally by machine). I will not recommend this room at all to anyone. If you love your life, please avoid when you can. Worst hotel i've experienced in my 10 day Europe trip.

This is a great hotel with big comfortable rooms and is at a great location in Barcelona! It is close to a subway stop which is a fantastic way to get around the city. Also located net to some great restaurants.

Great location and service. Mariana is very friendly at the reception desk , great cleaning in the rooms Badia has done an exceptional job.

Great location. Basic, minimalistic style with all necessary amenities. My room was newly renovated and clean. Simple but functional. The bed was really noisy, the walls are rather thin and one could hear noises in the hallway and outside

Location Cleaning lady who yells 9 am in the morning(everyday),you can barely fit 1 person in the bed(way too small),prices are way to high to give service like this.Terrible…

I was dissapointed with the bed sheets they were stained and i even found hair , after asking twice at the reception to clean the room they finally did it, some members at the staff werent very polite.

Room was very small (not uncommon in Europe) a crazy small nightstand table. Very Sparse.

Location to la Sagrada Familia. Also front desk personnel very nice. Also Maria in the breakfast room outstanding. Thanks Maria

The staff was exceptional.

Very clean and comfortable. Water and candy in the lobby. No water in the room.
