Great location, walking distance to the centre walking distance to all the tourist attractions did not interact with the staff very much but nice set up nice place two grocery stores within one minute walk nice rest around downstairs. AC works great nothing to complain. Great location for someone who wants to be able to walk around and hit a metro station, which is within 8 minute walk.

There was no fridge in the room

Cleanliness and breakfast was good Paper cus, no water provided, tea coffee facility not in room but in time of booking such facility are mentioned. Room Tv available for hanging only world cup football match channels not available

Not enough storage space for a group of three people but we managed to deal with it. Overall good value for what we paid.

Great Good location, clean, friendly staff

Everything! The location is perfect (20min walk from the beach, very close to metro stations and main touristic points), the facilities were amazing (lovely breakfast, very clean spaces with the cleaning staff coming every morning to keep the bedrooms clean, air conditioning was also working really well), and the staff at the reception was also very helpful - I’d like to mention Edwin, Marcus and Suzi since they were fundamental in helping us solve some issues that arose during our trip, made sure we were comfortable and informed, so our trip wouldn’t be the same without their support and friendliness. Because of them, I’ll be subscribing to the Ibis loyalty system and try to visit Barcelona and Ibis as frequently as I can. I can’t recommend this place enough! Nothing that I can think of.

Good hotel but pretty expensive when compared to what you got.

No smart tv, parking is too small

it was reasonably close to the center of the city the trays and silverware should had better washing they were not that clean , there was homeless people living behind the hotel, looked like the area was a little sketchy.

Breakfast was decent, the foods that were out were good. Nobody was watching and refilling food levels with a lot of customers there. i liked the security of the elevators and having to use your card, Hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The hotel failed in comparrison to low cost American Hotels. A/C service would have been nice. No A/C. Not a lot near the Hotel

The pillows, too puffy.

The room is very basic for the price. Not an electric kettle or refrigerator. The floor of the room was dirty. The beds are not comfy. The neighborhood is quite bad during the night. I was expecting more from an ibis hotel.

I liked the ping pong table. There was no AC in the room, the staff was not very helpful, the location was far from everythjng. The money i saved booking this i spent on uber’s. Worst part was the humidity in the room. The housekeepers would turn off the AC every time they cleaned the room so we would come back to a hot and humid disgusting room. The shower was also not great to use. Water got everywhere and the handle shot straight out. The breakfast was also cold everyday. No matter what time we got there. Things were always finished and they were not re upping it.

This is just nightpicking but the underground parking is ill-suited for larger vehicles (very sharp turns and narrow spaces)
