This hotel is a complete misrepresentation. They advertise a room category using photos that are conveniently taken from what appear to be their two best rooms. Hidden in the fine print, they mention that room layouts may vary. While I understand that layouts can differ, that is not the issue. The problem is that they should show photos of all the different room layouts within that category so guests can make an informed decision and choose the one they actually want. Instead, they use the most attractive photos to sell the room, only for you to arrive and be assigned something completely different. The room I received was significantly smaller than what was shown in the photos, with a window facing an interior courtyard. It was extremely dark, with virtually no natural light, and looked nothing like the room that was advertised on Booking. I immediately raised the issue with the hotel, explaining that this was not the room I had booked based on the photos they used to advertise it. I was told that the hotel was fully booked and that changing my room was impossible. However, the very next day I saw that another room became available, yet they still refused to move me. Rather than trying to resolve the situation, they simply chose to leave me in a room that did not match what had been advertised. To make matters worse, I requested a Hoja de Reclamaciones, which is a legally established consumer complaint form in Spain. The staff repeatedly avoided providing it, making excuses and sending me from one person to another instead of simply handing it over. Consumers in Spain have the right to request and receive this document, and the hotel’s refusal to provide it was completely unacceptable. This is misleading marketing combined with very poor customer service. If you’re selling multiple room configurations under the same category, be transparent and show them all—not just the best ones.

Clean, modern apartments in a fantastic location. Room was nice and comfortable, with coffee machine. Water cooler available for refills. A lot of noise carried from shared corridor, could hear people coming and going. Light shone through door at night too. I found that the main door leading to the apartments was not completely closed over a couple of times and as there was no staff presence, it did cause concern.

Amazing location, unbeatable. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure. Tiny cramped room with faulty air von that made horrible noise so impossible to sleep. Hotel claimed to try to fix but is not fixable according to cleaner. Also check in a nightmare. All is via apps that you cant access via booking.com. Responsiveness patchy. No humans on property. For over 200 euros a night i want much less hassle. Overall leaving tired and annoyed.

Excellent location in the nicest part of the city! We stayed in number 8, which looks at the yard and is very quiet. Modern furniture and impeccable cleaning by Cell. there are not enough storage places, the doors of the rooms should be changed to dampen the noise when closing them.

Location, cleanliness, easy check-in and access to the building, luggage storage was a plus! . The lady who was cleaning the rooms was super friendly. We only stayed one night and the room had everything we needed to sleep comfortably in three people.

It was nice and clean. Had a great location very easy to travel everywhere. Property was noisy, but they provided earplugs.

The location is perfect. Even though we had a street view apartment it was pretty quiet. The street has a lot of great bars and restaurants, so you don’t have to go far to get great tapas and drinks. The room was clean. The lighting in the room. It is a bit pricey for the size of the room and quality of the furniture.

It was clean , comfortable and a lovely contemporary design. It was a good place for walking to attractions and places to eat and a peaceful place to come back to. It was all good.

Great location and clean. It’s not a hotel, its just a renovated apartment with rooms.
