We loved the location. The park in the courtyard was splendid for our daughter. We also loved that it is just beside the mall. The hotel links to the green line of the metro which is very efficient to get to the tourist sites.

I didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast during my stay, but I thoroughly enjoyed the area and the fact that the hotel is conveniently connected to a shopping mall. The mall offers a wide range of shopping, dining, and snack options. The hotel’s Mexican restaurant is visually appealing and always exudes a lively ambiance. The room was spacious and comfortable. Although I didn’t have the chance to visit the spa facilities, I plan to do so during my next visit. There’s nothing particularly unpleasant about my stay. The only thing I would have liked to have during my stay, but didn’t receive, was a bath rope (which many other NH resorts offer during the stay).

We had a chance to get access to spa. Breakfast had really wide variety. Rooms were good and staff were friendly. Location is a bit far to city center.

The rooms were large and comfortable, and the room service options were excellent. It’s a good, business focused hotel versus a more family-focused property. They pipe a perfume into the lobby that is very unpleasant. Also, the workout space is too small and has very little equipment.

Terrific location with easy access to a large mall. The staff was always helpful. My room looked clean and of a good size. However there was always a musty smell and I had to air it out whenever I came back to the room. I believe the lack of ventilation from the bathroom may have been the cause.

Super cozy, clean and comfortable place to stay. The staffs are friendly, very accommodating and are there 24 hours to help. Nice and clean. Just beside the mall. Easy to go around to/from town. In PP there are different café, restau you can choose from.

It was right behind a mall and steps away from the tram. There was a huge playground too. The staff were spectacular. It was quite far from where we needed to go. Some areas of the room needed a more thorough clean

If you choose it for the spa, DON’T go. There is no spa, there is only a jacuzzi and a tiny sauna room on the top floor. They don’t allow you more than 30 minutes per day and it doesn’t say it anywhere. Unacceptable! Most front desk employees are rude and don’t have time for you. I was calling the reception from the room many times and they would simply not pick up the phone! Service really bad in general.

Great size room, great breakfast, just unfortunate the full spa/waters area was closed for the 3-4 days I was there. Not able to use spa/pools

The staff members were pleasant. There was a significant and disturbing amount of flies in our room. I contacted the front desk, they said someone would come to our room while we were out. However, there was no significant decline in the presence of the bugs.

Nice property great location close to the Barca stadium There was a strong humidity smell we had to change rooms even then my son kept complaining about not being able to sleep because of the strong smell in the room
