Nothing No ac, rooms sucked

It’s in a good location and we always felt safe. It was very clean. The staff was helpful and excellent. The air conditioner in our room made a weird noise about every ten minutes. I thought the bed was too hard. My husband was fine with the bed.

Perfect location and staff is great. That’s ONLY why I put the average of 5 …. How is it possible to pay so much for such a bad accommodation?? The price of nights is not matching at all what you’re experiencing. This is Barcelona not New York. You guys are crazy with the price … so unfair and so wrong

The shower severely leaked out of the door and caused a wet mess of a puddle which was also creating problems for the flooring. And the door handle in the bathroom was falling apart

Location. It was simple and easy. Mostly quite. Balcony didn’t lock. Check in was a butch.

Clean, great location close to the sea

The location is very good. Very close to the beach and historic Barceloneta. Nice that there were laundry machines, including dryers, on site. Also appreciated the air conditioner. Receptionist spoke only Catalan. Had to use their terrible website to login. WiFi was unreliable and difficult to log into. Beds were not comfy. This needs to be more clearly labeled as a college dormitory that's renting out rooms. Felt awkward to be a 37 year old dude sleeping in a building with a bunch of teenagers. "Executive suite" was a pretty okay hotel room with student-quality furnishings and fixtures, plus a poor excuse for a kitchen.

Executive studio. Great location near the beach. Breakfast was not included but I was able to order food and heat it up, as there was a full kitchenette. Very clean, quiet, and pleasant. Good wifi. Hot water available at all times for showering, so I was happy. I arrived a few minutes late for checkout and staff was very accommodating. Storing luggage after checkout was also available. I have been able to go sightseeing before my flight to the UK. Nothing at all. It was excellent and I highly recommend staying here. Will definitely use again when I come back to Barcelona!

Very clean and quiet

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The place was clean, quiet, and well-ventilated, with a lovely balcony overlooking a park. The location was excellent — close to playgrounds, groceries, the aquarium, and Born. Special thanks to Manuel, the elderly gentleman, and all the reception staff for their kind and helpful assistance. Minor points for improvement would be more frequent garbage collection, automatic towel changes, and better vacuuming under the bed. Overall, a comfortable, family-friendly, and enjoyable stay.

Comfortable, clean rooms, very friendly receptionists willing to help with recommendations in the area or services like taxis. Keycard entry was smooth and worked no problem. Luggage storage also a possibility. Walking distance to beach, bars, and metro. Noisy - if you're on the side with the football field.

Great location and facilities

Excellent location, close to the Barceloneta Beach, and the plaza Coffee machine in the room, which is advertised in the booking, but it is not provided by default at the property. However, I asked at the front desk, and they provided me with one as a courtesy.

Excellent location. Helpful staff. Very thin interior walls, we could hear our neighbors like they were in our room. Mouldy shower door. No bathroom ventilation. Dirty & damaged wall skirts. Old kitchen furniture with door that didn't close.

Not the most comfortable bed/pillow. Gym needs a bit more maintenance.
