The stairs to reach elevator

Room is not clean enough, dust are clinging into the bed headboard. Even we requested for room clean, they didn't clean the toilet. they probably replace only the consumables.

Location I did not like view the front of entire building had scaffolding with tarp on front of it.there was no lobby the property had four suites on 1st floor and 4 suites on 7th floor and office was on 8th floor

Large and clean room with excellent location No breakfast or lobby

Location very central. Room quiet at night, located on 7th floor, could not hear traffic or noise from the street below. Room cleaned daily. Staff very helpful. Each side of the building had cafes providing beautiful croissants & pastries Mini Market in close proximity also & Scobys irish pub across the road. Lift in the building wasn't always operating, there were 2 lifts however. Unsure if the air con in the room worked. We tried it one of the nights, it didn't appear to work but that may have been something we weren't doing correctly.

My family stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, and Victor was incredibly friendly—he helped store our luggage and even offered water for my family, which we really appreciated. He later reached out via WhatsApp to let us know as soon as our room was ready, and we were able to check in early, which made our day much easier. The location is excellent, just steps from Plaça de Catalunya. We were able to walk to many attractions and explore the old town with ease. Housekeeping was also great—the room was cleaned daily, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommend! NA

Very friendly & helpful staff Nothing

The room is clean and there is a very nice terrace facing the heart of the city The lobby is really not presentable and the reception is strange

Great location. Clean and Quiet ? Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of dining options nearby. Nothing.

Excellent location! Very close to the train station, right in the city center, and near great shopping. My favorite part was the large bathroom with double sinks. The room is located next to the street and close to a bus stop, so you can hear some noise from people and traffic outside, though fortunately it’s not too loud. The price is a little high

Location was perfect, many restaurants just a second away, near Plaza Catalunya.

We reached around 3 p.m., and the room wasn't ready until 4.20, which is very unusual. When we reached, they started preparing the room, and it took a while for the lady to clean and prepare the room for us.

The location is great, next to Playa Catalunya. The staff was very friendly. I recommend this apartment very much.

Not much Ants coming in from patio area Had to walk one floor to get to elevator

Room was wonderful, as was the location. The windows facing the street are not sound proof. I’d they are, they allow a lot of street noise to come through.

Location, clean facility Difficult to open the door to our room! Difficult sleeping due to thin wall and you can hear everything from the outside.

The beds—especially the extra portable one—were not comfortable, as the springs and metal frame could be felt through the mattress.

Comfortable large room with king size bed. Sofa bed is a bit lumpy. Good location. Lots restaurants close by. Very friendly staff, especially Flor. Not I can think of.

Great location,shops, supermarket and a good bakery in 5 meter away. Stairs to go up to the elevator, so this is difficult with big luggage. Small elevator makes it difficult for family of four. The room here and there needs an update. Expensive for what it is.
