The city tax was 7.7 euros instead of 5,5 euros per person per night.

Nothing worth mentioning

The location is great, the hotel service deserves to be 4 star not 3! The staff is super nice! The best fresh chocolate croissant and sangria! Absolutely worth every penny! Nothing

The location AC was too loud… also ants in room and on front door when trying to come in

I didn’t like the room, sheets and towels are rough, the floor room was sticky, in the night is danger area.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is good, close to a train station. The breakfast was satisfying. The room was a decent size, but very outdated. The shower and bathroom were okay (we had to call the staff just to adjust the cold water). We paid a very high price and got absolutely no value for money.

Great location at a good price A lot of noise at night

The reception staff were very welcoming, surprised with a slight room upgrade that included a balcony, and they stored our luggage after checkout. The room facilities were fresh, modern, well designed - the first time we had seen "wardrobe-kitchen transformer" - clever and practical. Very good breakfast, missed only some fruits to be perfect. Finally the proper coffee from a real bar machine. We liked the hotel interiors and public spaces - stylish and cozy. Excellent location right in the heart of the city, close to city beaches, major sights, the metro just a 2-minute walk away, and La Rambla as well (if you like it). Excellent value for money. Actually nothing, we got everything we expected. Breakfast area felt a bit small, while the bar was also serving walk-ins. Maybe the rule of leaving the room key at reception every time. Also, parking or getting around by car might be a challenge

Beds very comfortable and the linens very soft. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the guys and gals at the bar were awesome! Location excellent close to the port and Ramblas and metro. The little patio was nice for having a moment to have a drink or relax. The elevators were fast arriving. Breakfast was good with a bar providing freshly made coffee any way you wanted it. Bathroom did not have shelves to put toiletries, or bars/hooks to hung towels. Also bedroom did not have enough shelves/furniture to put clothes and things in. Breakfast was enough but could have been a little more varied. A bit expensive during the season we booked it.

Shower is smaller than I prefer, but good water pressure.

The room is wide and toilet too! Breakfast is great and with variety! Some staff members not nice... cranky

The room was nice and clean. The Drassanes metro station is just a 1-minute walk from the hotel. There is a bar inside the hotel, and three more bars nearby. There is also a water fountain near the metro, so you can refill your bottle. Palau Güell is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. On the first day when I checked in, the receptionist asked me to provide my bank card with its 3-digit code. I wondered why he needed it. He said it was for security reasons—for example, if I accidentally broke something, the amount could be charged automatically. Of course, I did not agree to give my card’s 3-digit code. I mean, what the hell, why should they even ask for it! The next day, the cleaning staff cleaned my room and took the chocolate I had bought for myself. It was very annoying that they could dare to do something like that. All in all, if these two incidents hadn’t happened, I would have rated the quite high, but this was unfair.

Good location, good ground floor facilities (cafe-restaurant) The room was old and there was no light in the kitchen. The room needs an update.

It is very close to La Rambla, 2 min, and 5 min max to Colon monument and the port. There is a metro station in 2 min. It is spacious, new, clean and the space downstairs at the bar and the table pool area is lovely for spending time. We needed more amenities in the kitchen, but honestly we didn't ask for them, I guess they would have provided them to us if we asked. And the TV was not working or maybe we didn't know how to set it. But these details mean a lot so that you don't need to dress up and go downstairs to the reception.
