very friendly and helpful people at the front desk. This hostel does not have any problem with the age of the guests ! I felt very welcomed ! I am 64. they give you towel and the linen are with a comfort.!. they even help me after I checked out and picked my lugagge. big showers where you can dress comfortable, clean facilities. The rooms are big and with light . stable airconditing. great location ! the kitchen and patio are nice you have even carbonated water for free. you like to paint? they do that and also teach you to do Sangria!

Location was good just next to the main road of de Garcia The rooms smelled bad, I felt the place was not clean and I didn’t have really a good night sleep

I loved the peaceful courtyard space — for drinking my coffee, for getting some work done, for conversation. In general I felt there was ample shared space both indoors and out and it didn't feel cramped. The staff were friendly and work hard to keep the place clean.

Everything about the Loft exceeded my expectations! The key card entry and 24hr concierge put my mind at ease for safety, and the room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and helpful! All the residents were extremely kind and had a range of ages. the 10 bed female room was not cramped at all, and they put me on a lower bunk for my 5-night stay which I appreciated. I used the iron in the laundry room a couple of times and it worked great! Nearby recs: Onis Coffee and Little Croffee for breakfast, Bar Morrysson for tapas, Casa Mila, Diagonal Metro Station for getting around Bonus: As of June 2026, if you book through booking, you get a towel with your stay, otherwise it is 4 euros On hotter days the room got quite stuffy, and the only way to ventilate it was to open the street facing window. No issue for me, but some people might not like being so exposed. The lights in the room and beds were also a bit harsh - I draped my pillowcase over my reading light to soften it and that seemed to work. There were only a couple of toilets for the whole floor and some people chose to use the sink in one of the toilets to wash up so folks did have to wait for them to finish to use the toilet. I wish there were more breakfast hour activities - they only did excursions in the mornings which I couldn't join, but they seemed fun! I would have loved a breakfast meet and greet or something like that. I also wish there was an indoor lounge space aside from the dining area - it was just a bit small, but lovely for a boutique hostel to have that space at all.

The staff were amazing and organized different activities and events every day, which created a very welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to thank the manager, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. I also loved the thoughtful idea of giving small gifts to guests—it was such a cute and meaningful gesture that made the experience even more special. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The upper bed takes some effort to climb up, and I'd prefer softer mattress.

The sttaf is very kind! Generally, the accomodation is perfect, clean, manu facilities, comfortable and perfect location. I was very tired and try to sleep around 10 pm, but people in my room were talking and making a lot of noise.

During my stay there was a strong smell from others but beyond that the common areas were great.

The courtyard was nice, and made for a nice setting for the evening sangria tasting to meet other travelers. This would have been a perfect stay if the staff had given me my request for a bottom bunk like I had requested in my reservation—and then again at the 3pm check-in. They claimed they were all sold out and that none were available. Yet the bottom bunk in my room went vacant while I was there. Many of the rooms have huge windows facing the courtyard (like they show in their photos), but then I was given a room that seemed not as nice as those with only a small window.
