Meet my need and my expectation. Wide room, hangout at rooftop without wind blow my hair. Very clean and bright bathroom. Room with window the most important Wide window more satisfiying. single bed more satisfiying when the top cover it all. Rooftop Resto can be more attractive and comfy for ladies.

This was my repeat stay, and once again the experience was superb, that’s why I came back. The hotel is very kid-friendly, especially the lobby area which has plenty of games to keep children entertained, making it a great choice for families. The location is excellent with many nearby facilities, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were well-maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I’ve already recommended this hotel to my family and friends, and I’ll definitely return again. Room was a little noisy at night, likely due to nearby clubs, but overall still a great stay.

Wallking distance to Ferry Terminal. Breakfast selection was awesome. Lots of food choices. Staffs are all very polite and helpful. Lost my room card. Replacement was very quick no hassle. Hotel/room is very ckean. Recommended. Loves the vibes at 8.30am, when staffs at breakfast venue 'excercise'.. Absolutely awesome.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?????? Should have 2 pillows per pax. Pillow is soft

The breakfast provided has a good spread, room was very clean and it was also made up when we were out, asked for iron and ironing board and it was brought up very quickly. Staff was nice and very polite. Location is also great as it is within 5 mins walk to the ferry terminal. NIL

Fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of choices at economical price.... Surprise event during breakfast, making it more lively and enjoyable. Spacious room for 2pax... and super friendly staff throughout the hotel (young and with lively vibe)

As it was raining , they offered a ride to Sederhana restaurant within Harbourbay area. Unfortunately, we did not get the name of the staff and security. Thank you for the exceptional services! We will definately be back. ;) There was nothing we didn’t like, We just wish we could’ve stayed longer! Time passed too quickly, and we weren’t ready to return to reality.

The location is nearby terminal. Staff are well-mannered. Restaurant is nice. They even have a welcome drink. Nothing.

The location is a walking distance from Ferry Terminal. The supervisor/front desk manager in the morning was good and polite. The place is kid-friendly. The location is a double-edged sword, as it is very close to some establishments that generate very loud noise. Was told that it last till 11pm(for weekdays) and 12midnight(for weekend). They could have use not so good walls, as noise travels from the inside too.

The room cleanliness and size. Location was great because its beside habour bay (we came from Singapore). Some miscommunication with the the Front Desk at the start but its okay because I understand that English is not their first language.

I had an amazing 4D3N stay at Yello Hotel! I arrived early and requested an early check-in if a room was available. The staff went the extra mile to arrange not only an early check-in but also a connecting room for me, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel provides two drinking bottles, and we could easily refill them at the water dispenser located just outside our rooms. The rooms were spotless, including the toilets, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The area was peaceful, allowing me to enjoy a restful sleep every night. The hotel lobby has a cozy seating area where guests can relax and chat while my boys had fun playing PS5 for free. We also tried the hotel breakfast, and the buffet offered a great variety that my whole family enjoyed. The location is convenient, just an 8-minute walk to and from the ferry terminal. If you prefer not to travel to Kelong for seafood, there are several dining options nearby. Right across from Yello Hotel is a Chinese seafood restaurant, while to the left, you'll find a Western restaurant and a halal seafood restaurant. Additionally, the area has a hair salon offering pedicure and manicure services, a money changer, a durian shop, a convenience store, and a morning bakery selling delicious bread and food. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning! I stayed on the 11th floor, directly below the event room. In the evening, there was an event going on and I could clearly hear the loud singing and music from my room.
