Excellent location, nice building, exceptional service at the reception. Guys, a big room - and only one socket, which I needed to search and almost gave up, and then found behind the other bed (and needed to move the bed).

Space heater provided but didn't warm room. Kettle plug only available on night stand. Shower fixture gone, but still worked. Tub didn't drain until after shut off water.

Clean, good service, inexpensive, great location. The staff agreed to give us a room on the quiet side when we complained. The basics are covered. Overall, it's OK for short stays. Don't expect anything fancy. There were many little annoyances. The sliding entrance door was broken and we had to open it by hand. They haven't fixed it in the 4 days of our stay. They don't accept credit cards, I had to withdraw cash and pay in cash. We visited in February, but the central heating wasn't on. There was an electric heater, but it was barely enough. And they have that stupid system where the electicity is only on while you're inside. So, it's cold when you come inside. Initially, we stayed in room 305. The balcony was very hard to open/close, didn't fully close (there was a gap), and the noise from the street was coming through. They agreed to move us to room 301 on the quiet side. But it was still moderately noisy, and there's barely any wi-fi signal in that room. In both rooms, the beds are too soft. The lights, outlets, and showers are a little ackward. It's manageable, but gets annoying for longer stays.

The room is a bit outdated. During check-in I asked if the room would be cleaned during my stay and was told yes, but they did not clean/tidy the room during a 4-night stay and did not change towels. It should be noted that I did not ask again. Hot water lasts about 5 minutes.

Good location and things were as advertised. Rooms were clean and spacious. And the breakfast was quite good! Outlets were ridiculous and impossible to find in the room – we had to move furniture just to access one. There was a little mildew in the shower.

However, the biggest downside was the extremely thin walls. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms and hallway. Unfortunately, there were noisy guests partying at night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. If you're looking for a quiet place to rest, this might be something to consider.

Wonderful front reception staff. Nice room once we switched from a very smelly smoky one. Booking offers a choice between smoking and non-smoking rooms - at reception they say all rooms are smoking, just the ones without balconies are called 'non smoking' - keep this in mind if you are smoke Sensitive. Smoky rooms. Broken air conditioner in the room (just had to sleep with the balcony door and window open).

It’s very comfortable and lovely hotel with good location. Around there are cafes, restaurants, malls and 5 minutes away from the park and the sea.

If you are going to Batumi, this is the hotel to stay! Located right across the Central Park. Very close to both New and Old Town with its amazing history. Helpful stuff, clean and comfortable retro stile room, nice lobby with piano
