Great location! Very good breakfast! Room interior design leaves more to desire.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor downside was the noise from the restaurant next door. They play loud music through outdoor speakers from the afternoon until late in the evening, which can be disturbing if you’re looking for a quiet stay. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The history of the building is fascinating. The location unbeatable The noise from a neighbourhood bar, one night only. The next night was so much better.

Center of beautiful place , clean and cozy , everything I need within 5 mnts walk , from beach to walk to cycling to shopping , everything They can add something to hold my bag on it on the room and iron to help me with my cloths but it’s all minor things compare to the beauty of the place

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. Special thanks to Georgi for his outstanding service, friendliness, and attention to us as the guests. He truly made our stay memorable. ? Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations

I loved the building, it's like a mansion with high ceilings, finishes are good quality. We got upgrade from administrator Saba to the upper floor unit with the terrace!!! We had overview of downtown & seaside park. The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to the Boulevard Promenade & the beach. Bellboy Luka was helpful with a luggage, since there is no elevator, but presents no trouble at all. Breakfast package is not included in the price & you have to pay for it separately. The price is kind of high for Batumi.

The hotel staff are friendly. Thank you for regularly helping us with our strollers. There is no laundry service in the hotel, which is very inconvenient when traveling with small children. I had to wash the kids’ clothes myself. There is absolutely nowhere to dry clothes. I wouldn’t call the breakfasts good. One of the women working in the hotel restaurant seemed clearly annoyed with us and didn’t hide it very well.

The bathroom was poorly cleaned and there was hair on the floor. The rest of the room was cleaned well. There is no elevator, but the staff can help you with your luggage, so it’s ok. Also in some rooms at the 3rd floor you cannot open the window, so it's too stuffy in the room(

The location was perfect The rooms were small compared to pictures online. Also it got really hot as they regulate temperature

The location is perfect, close to all required spots – city center, bars and restaurants, beach walk, etc. Room was rather spacious, well furnished, design is cozy, comfy bed. Bathroom was clean and well-equipped. No unpleasant smell. Staff was unfriendly and short-spoken. The room needs renovation. Floor coating dilapidated. Walls are dirty. Lights kind a weird. There were only three towels for two person: one for hands, two for body. Also floor towel, but still incomplete set. Finally the most vexing part of the stay was huge airing system placed outdoor right below the window. It has been switching on and off each 5 minutes through the whole night. Its turbine works so loud that keeping window opened is incompatible with sleep. Keeping window closed made was also uneasy, because of heating turned on its maximum while it is not that cold outside (about +13ºC at night). And you still hear the sound, just not that strong. I wonder how anyone can sleep at all with such a background.

Large, clean rooms with all the amenities. Close to many restaurants and historic buildings. Breakfast was disappointing vs the price paid. Save your money and try one of the many local restaurants instead.

The room was near the road so it cause some noisy when you open the windows.

I liked the location and cleanliness, but I was disappointed that there was no iron in the room. The hotel only had three irons for all guests, and they were always in use. There was also no dry-cleaning service available. It’s quite inconvenient — if there’s no laundry or dry-cleaning, there should at least be an iron provided
