Irakli is an amazing owner, him and his family helped us a lot for us to adaptate and enjoy our trip, rooms are clean, vell furnished, foods are delicious and location is quiet Only little cons i can say is the transportation is limited, after 10 pm its hard to find bus to your home, also terrain is little too elevated to climb, but taxi prices are cheap

The views were wonderful. The terrace was really spacious. The breakfasts were outstanding. The hosts were incredibly helpful and went to great lengths to secure transport for me. The facilities were excellent. The incessant barking of dogs. It echoed throughout the valley. It was difficult to get around without transport or the legs of a mountain goat! There wasn’t an advertised time to visit the wine cellar.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place during our holiday, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the room, which we enjoyed every morning. The beautiful balcony was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Tasty breakfast Good placement Admirable hosts We got there when there was a storm. Three days of rains and the walls started to get wet. There was water on the floor. Due to the break of the gaz in Batumi, we didn’t have hot water for 3 day. No additional generators when the light went off. We were on the 4th floor and when the light turned off, we didn’t have water as the pumps work on the electricity. No water, no wi-fi, no ac The matress is very stiff.

We were so lucky to find this place during our visit in Georgia, clean and modern rooms, delicious breakfast, nice pool and above all, great hosts. Many thanks to Irakli and Oksana, take care and hope to see you again!

Modern and comfortable. Big breakfast with lots of variety. Very hospitable and helpful hosts. 10-15 minutes walk from local beach and botanical gardens. Owner gave us a very nice homemade wine. A bit difficult to find - a few signs would be helpful. Pool had a problem when we were visiting so not in use, owner was apologetic.

I wish there were curtains for the small windows and a bedside lamp.
