Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt more like guests in a home than customers in a hotel. We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect—within just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach almost every popular attraction in Batumi, making it incredibly convenient. What truly makes this place special is the hospitality. The staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The owner is very humble, fair, and goes above and beyond to make sure every guest has the best possible experience. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel is also very clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Batumi and would definitely stay here again!

Location Receptionist three time give us wrong key saying that these rooms with separate beds but he was always wrong pushing us to elevate and go down three times. Finally he went himself and put aside mattresses on one big bed saying that this are twin beds)))))))))

Location is so great: Piazza like couple minutes away, beach 12 minutes by walking, possible to reach all sightseeing spots by walk. Rooms great, breakfast nice, elevator is a great advantage. Price and quality really fits in here! Advice: it is impossible to park or drop off/pick up in front of the hotel. Advice do it next to European square or by big parking next to Miracle park.

The location was very good, everything was 3 to 5 mins away. There rooms are not sound proof you will be able to hear everything from the next room

Breakfast was not included and I had no expectation about it. The room dimensions were not suitable for normal iving even for a sonhle night. The roof was very close to the bed. Passage between the bed an the roof was veey narrow. Even in economy segment some standards shoupd be respected.

The only good thing was the bed and its comfort. Nothing more The awful smell in the bathroom didn't go for 2 days. No slippers in the room, and when we asked, they didn't provide. Didn't offer simple amenities like water/tea/coffee in the room. They started calling us to check out 20 minutes before the designated check-out time
