The staff especially works in the front desk is really rude.

The building itself, view and location were perfect! The bathroom door wouldn’t even close. I could see dust in certain spaces, they clearly didn’t vacuum under the bed even though it’s at least 15cm off the ground. It was very unpleasant when I dropped something and had to pick it up from under there.

room on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the city and the sea.... located in the Piazza Square the tea coffee supplies were not replenished on the 2nd night. Bed mattress could be a little firmer

The location is perfect. Breakfast was poor and unrefillable, there is no staff to help you in the luggage although the elevator broke down so we had to take down 5 bags on stairs

It was in a very good location for tourist attractions, plenty of restaurants around and souvenir shops as well. If we come back to Batumi I will stay again in this hotel.

Great location and view. Lots of little shops and restaurants around it. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was not so friendly and there were no chairs in the room to sit, only the bed.

Amazing location, near to all main attractions of the city. We got a room at 9th floor with 2 balconies opening at 2 different sides of the tower. Room was clean, bathroom had the jet spray along with other amenities and each floor has 2 rooms only which was much peaceful for the stay Breakfast time is at 8 AM and we had to catch the train at 8.. Breakfast should be at 6 or 6:30 like other hotels everywhere as early morning tourists will surely miss, even though paid for it.

This is the best place to stay in Batumi, manage to get room in tower, live music in garden and nice bars around, near sea shore, my friends were staying in different hotels and i had feeling that im living in lux apartments and price was only 20 lari more? Breakfast should be more upgraded, they were not terrable but coffee was pretty bad 6/10
