The guy in the reception is very helpful and accommodating. He speaks English and French. The machine outside got hang up. I think it need to restart or change it if possible.

the back yard the bathroom the shower dirty the hallways were clean floors the entrance was inviting . the location was 2 miles out if to in a industry park and scary to walk

Conveniently located near the highway. There was a very nice gentleman at the front desk. Bathrooms and showers were so wet and swampy. The halls smelled like body odor

Location next to highway and fast charging possibly on the parking lot Room wasn't clean, very dirty in fact. bathroom tiny and no shower gel/shampoo or soap. Although prepaid through Booking they charged the same amount to my credit card on check in again (not a deposit).

We had no internet access, we were exhausted from the travelling and were then told that there would be no reception staff until 5 pm (2.5 hr wait). We were told to use a check in machine, which we couldn't access without refering to our bookings account on the phone. We gave in, and booked into Ibis budget around the corner, who did have Friendly helpful staff. This cost us the booking. But we will never use them again. The staff were unhelpful

It's really confusing to do the checkout if you go tere for the first time

Nothing. The man on reception was very rude and insulting. He ruined our stay. The room was smelly and grotty. There were holes in the sheets. The shower was dangerously hot and there was no heating

Paid for breakfast bit did not have it becauze served an later than usual I couldnt walkaroun thd bed fell over igetting in the dhower not fit for disabled people

Room on ground floor. McDonald near by Old vending machines- not accepting cards. Could be cleaner , look on spiderwebs on top of doors just next to „restaurant area”
