Embassy Suites by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood

I loved the hotel space and the food I see that there's so update coming which is good.

Room 330 desperately needs a new mattress.

Always clean with a very professional staff willing to make sure we are comfortable,safe, satisfied

The staff were amazing especially Rhonda. But our room was horrible. The room had an overwhelming odor of sewage. The GM sent house keeping and spoke to her in her native tongue when she was clearly speaking English. Housekeeping then grabbed spray bottle with a solution in it. I requested for no deodorizer to be sprayed but after we left the room, that's exactly what happened. The maintenance man entered the room without announcing while we were getting dressed. We returned to the room to an overwhelming odor of potpourri and sewage. So no resolution and we were forced to limit our time in the room because it caused headaches. The GM never followed up as promised with any resolution.

My stay was fine; I experienced no problems at all.

The linen for the sofa bed was dirty. The carpet was very dirty, 2 big red spots on it which looked like red punch, wine, or blood. The sofa was very worn, dirty, and frazzled material on the sofa arm. The hotel was fully booked so I could not get another room. The pool was not working so the kids were disappointed. I will not stay at this location again. I took pictures but not able to upload them.

Rooms were outdated. A bit ran down. NEEDS updating direly. Room was not the kept very well. Shower a bit dingy and also pullout mattress had weird stain on it. The pool was down which was a reason I chose the property. Breakfast was great. Restaurant food was amazing and staff were the best. I was torn not wanting to write this review.

We had a nice stay. The room needs a upgrade. The toilet sits way to low.had to hang on the sink to sit and get back up

Not great but is good

Bar staff was terrific. It was advertised that the facility had a pool, but it was not available. If I had known that, I wouldn't have even considered staying there. Note in the room said to enjoy the bottled water & snacks but there were neither. There was no clock in the room. We stayed at an Embassy Suites in Columbus a few days ago and it exceeded our expectations & we thought we'd get the same from another Embassy Suites. Just an accumulation of lots of little things.

The property could be kept better around the parking lot , the staff was good ,the room was good the lobby was excellent, breakfast was great ,

The size of the rooms, the breakfast (amazing), the pool and staff (everyone was so nice and welcoming). Roger the bartender was great! It was so nice talking with him! Some of the mattresses were stained on the side and the mattress in the pull out couch had what looked like burn marks. However sheets covered those up!

exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom. also a red stain on the rug in room 145

The Embassy suites Beachwood has been our go to place when we come to town for years. It’s convenient to major highways and shopping and good restaurants. The accommodations have declined a bit over the years in terms of ; some stains on the carpet and furniture and bedding’ although the place is obviously cleaned, only one elevator working for 2 years in a row, light blown out in the stair wells, access to side doors without key cards,and the shower knob was stripped. The staff remain helpful and pleasant and the breakfast is still a plus.

The rooms are out dated . Could be cleaner , lots of the sockets don’t work, smell coming from carpet and couch

Water was Good and Hot in Showers..Breakfast was Awesome..
