Enjoyed the hot tub after a long drive. Convenient to highway. Comfortable , well equipped room.

Property was quiet despite pretty full parking lot, clean and friendly.

One elevator was broken. Things happen, but it was inconvenient.

Very clean,inside and out. Amenities, very good, staff very helpful. Beautiful small outdoor patio with live floral arrangements all around property. Ample parking. Wonderful ecperience

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming of my service animal . pool/hot tub were nice not the best for singles/ couples. lots of kids running around . Security by elevator was very strange and only one elevator was working that was very slow

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Beachwood. Everything felt thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and pleasant experience. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was well designed and maintained, and everything was clean and in its proper place. We loved our stay and slept very well. The hotel is also in an excellent location, with many restaurants and retail stores nearby.

The room was large, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Both mornings I was there there was only 1 elevator available for a very busy hotel & breakfast.

Everything was ready and clean

We stayed here last year for the Twinburg Festival and came back this year and we will be back next year. The Staff is awesome even the Security Guard. The pool and the hot tub was clean and perfect.

I thought that the front desk staff was particularly friendly and warm. NICE!! Everything about the hotel was clean and pleasant.

The room was very clean, and very quiet. It was honestly the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed, no slamming doors, and I never heard another shower or tv. Breakfast was kept stocked even when it was super busy. My only real complaint was that one of the elevators was broken. We waited almost 30 minutes to get downstairs. After awhile a sweet little housekeeper came and started getting people on and off in an orderly fashion.

One elevator shaft was not working and with the hotel being very full it made waiting to get to floor 6 an extended wait.
