The bed was so good. The room is also simple and comfortable. I couldn’t connect internet, because of security of my phone maybe. But I needed more support from staff.

Great location next to the tram so really easy to get to Bègles market or Bordeaux city centre, convenient parking with direct access to the hotel. It’s very very basic and the bathroom was in need of an update (eg toilet not securely attached to wall)

The location and simplicity of check-in, parking and breakfast. The bed was a bit hard.

The staff was particularly helpful from the very beginning. They are young and professional. I had a problem with the basin in my room and the guy in the evening service solved it very fast. At the arrival time (a bit before check in hour) there was a lady waiting for me that had every detail I needed ready. At the time of check out, the person was also willing to help, and, most importantly, with a smile and a relaxed feeling. The BB is simple but clean, well organized, and there is a stop of the tram just in front. Nothing.

Fairly simple, good value hotel not far from the bus/train station. Staff were friendly and there was underground parking for a fee which was good as parking was difficult in the area around the hotel. It wasn´t so easy to drive to the hotel entrance or park/stop the car in front of the hotel because of traffic lights etc. Tram is right there though. Area close to the hotel does not offer much.
