Lovely modern and hip hotel in great proximity to the Arkea Arena. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the parking felt secure. I liked the little table over the bed, haha. I loved it all

Pretty affordable in this city and overall a pleasant experience, especially if you include the breakfast (which is fine, nothing exceptional). Very easy access by car and if you do not mind travelling by bus or walking the city centre is close by. At this price point nothing really. The hotel is situated next to a busy road, which thanks do some good sound insulation is not an issue, if you want to open your window it is pretty loud though. There is nothing in the immediate area with regards to shopping or dining so you have to get to a busier area first.

I missed pet zones. There are none, and we had to take our dogs to a park quite a walk away for them to do their business.

Very polite and kind staff (very rare in France!). Breakfast was delicious and plenty. Super clean hôtel. Very clean, beautiful and low key.

There is quite a bit of sewage smell from the bathroom in room 240 that we had. I planned to tell in the reception but did not get that far. My guess is that a cleanup of the shower drain is all that is needed

Location close to the Arkea Arena Not my style

The fresh orange juice in the morning was sooo nice! The rooms were clean, cleaning lady was very nice! As we booked for 4 nights, the breakfast got a little boring, every morning same. The room was ok, but very small. The price, location, rooms - not in correlation. The toilet was bit stinky, everything could use a little renovation. I have been in many nicer ibis hotels. But for 3* it was ok i guess, just for sleeping everything was ok, only I hate the filming bedlines under the sheets, they made us sweating and we did sleep bad because of this. City centre is not so near as we expected, needed to take few stops to get there. No water in the room for drinking, but the tap water was ok. Toilet paper we had to buy ourselves.

Easy access & very kind staff. We paid the same price for a Ibis Budget 2 weeks ago which offered less commodities, also, less choices for the breakfast Family room in the level 2 but no lift.

It was a room with facilities for the night I'd booked this as it said it had a restaurant. Turned out it did, what was not said was it didn't open at the weekends, including Friday the night of our stay. Trying to find somewhere to eat was virtually impossible, probably down to the bad weather on the day. Landed up with a stail sandwich and bottle of water from a small shop! Not the best experience after a very long drive from Spain.
