The location was convenient. The hotel was nice and the room was amazing. The housekeeping staff were good and cleaned the room really well. And it was very convenient that we could exchange currency within the hotel. Most reception staffs were quite rude. Did not help with us with basic things.

Staying at this hotel was a really nice experience! Super close to Wangfujing Walking Street, there is a 7 Eleven and a Starbucks right across the street. I rented a bike, rode it to Beihai Park, and saw hundreds of lotus flowers; it was so beautiful! Forbidden City and Jingshan Park are also within walking distance from the hotel; I 100% recommend visiting. The cleaning lady on the 7th floor was SO polite and friendly. Comfortable bed and great shower pressure. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect, walking distance from T-square, Forbidden city and the Wangfujing street. Very happening area. Breakfast had lot of options. I stayed in this hotel on two separate occasions. The room was excellent on the first time, but for my second stay, the room was out dated, tiny room with barely space for moving. The price was same for both the stays.

The location is excellent The room and bath are both not too cleaned. The bathroom especially is super dirty and the tile grout are moldy and disgusting! I don’t feel good in the bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located approximately 500 meters from the nearest jing hutong line 8 subway station about a 10-minute walk away. There is also a small 7-Eleven directly across the road which is very convenient for purchasing daily necessities. The staff were friendly and accommodating always making an effort to assist guests despite some limitations in English proficiency. Basic toiletries such as combs razors & toothbrushes are available upon request rather than being displayed in the room or you can get them at the reception area. All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer & air purifier. Iron & board can be provided upon request. The main drawback of our stay was the absence of a breakfast option. Unable to find halal food nearby. Additionally considering that we booked 2 rooms for a 7 night stay, it would have been a nice gesture if the hotel had offered a complimentary room upgrade at least for one or two nights.

Roomw as nice and spacious and location was ideal. Walking distance to the main shopping street and to the forbidden city/Tianmen square, and lots of good peking duck places nearby, so a good spot for first time visitors. There is a free laundry room that was well equipped which was convenient. We thought the room looked quite different to the photos. We suspect that our room hadn't been renovate yet while another wing of the hotel had.

Great location There was a unbearable heavy smell at the reception that was unavoidable. They were trying to suppress it with some ambiance smell but it made it even worse. We covered our nose while entering and leaving the building everyday.
