Overall experience was very good. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Communication with staff was much more fluent in English than any other hotels we've stained in China which made check in/out and queries very easy. Our room was spacious enough, very clean, bed and pillow was very comfortable. The TV entertainment provided English movies which was great when you want to relax at the end of the day. Location was great, 5mins walk to subway stations, walking distance to some tourist sites, restaurants and shopping mall. Breakfast was ok, im not sure if its worth the price to be honest. The hotel overall is fine - what stood out is the beautiful grand reception, beautiful breakfast / lounge area, helpful staff and location otherwise the rest could need a little upgrading for the rate per night of the hotel. Food Delivery Warning: We arrived back from our tour very late one evening after most nearby restaurants had closed, so we decided to order food delivery through an app. If you order food delivery via an app, be very careful! There is a nearby sister property called Sunworld Hotel Beijing. In delivery apps, searching in English only brings up Sunworld Hotel Beijing, whereas Sunworld Dynasty Hotel only appears if you search using Mandarin characters. If you aren't careful, your delivery will end up at the wrong hotel. (So maybe advise people in regards to this, as we saw it happened to other people during our stay). Breakfast: While there is a wide variety of choices to suit different cuisines, the dining area is massive and spread out. By the time you finish gathering your food and sit down, your meal is already cold. Additionally, the Asian options were disappointing—the noodle broth and warm soy milk were quite bland. Room & Amenity Upgrades Needed: The hotel could really use a few updates. The hair dryer feels outdated, the bathrobes are quite worn down, and it would be great if they provided a clothes steamer, which has been standard at every other hotel I've stayed at in China.

Superb location, very comfortable room, great variety for breakfast. 2 different types of obviously mildew (black and orange) growing on shower floor unfettered it seemed. Tried to make me pay more at check in. No bidet of any sort

I had an amazing 9-night stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The cleanliness was outstanding. My room was cleaned every day, the sheets were changed regularly, and everything always smelled fresh. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and felt so clean every single night. The hotel staff were some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met, especially the young guys at the front desk and around the hotel. They were always smiling, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The level of service was top-notch and probably the best I’ve experienced in any hotel. The location is another huge advantage. The metro station is only about a 5-minute walk away, and the main shopping streets and malls are also just a few minutes away. It’s a massive hotel right in the heart of the city, making it perfect for exploring Beijing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. The only downside was the Wi-Fi. It’s honestly surprising that such an excellent hotel has internet this poor. We stayed on the 9th floor, and the connection was extremely weak and unreliable. Most of the time I had to use my eSIM data because the hotel Wi-Fi was almost impossible to use. If they improve the Wi-Fi, this hotel would be close to perfect.

The location and the breakfast were excellent Our room had a really bad AC system. It didn’t get cold and the controls didn’t work. We asked maintenance to come in and they said it was working properly. We really struggled to feel comfortable because it was so hot.
