a quiet, peaceful and beautiful place at low tide. There is no noisy program. Live music on verecham. Even though there are children in the hotel, there is no noisy animation and children's design everywhere. Great friendly staff! nothing

My partner and I got upgraded to the lagoon suites, which was the best highlight of the trip. The facilities are amazing and we also enjoyed the à la carte restaurant food. The room and the hotel is spacious but not too crowded, you could relax well in the environment. Special shoutout to the bartender Emere at the Putters bar and Cezim from lady in red team, they have been very welcoming, friendly and helpful during this trip. Taxis to town are cash only, no Ubers around the area. There are some ants on our bed and floor:( We find that male staffs that we encounter have better attitude and knowledge when it comes to hospitality at this hotel. A lot of the staffs could not communicate well in English and that leads to confusion and delays in services which happened almost everyday in this trip. For example, we asked for vodka at the restaurant and the waitress brings out water. We asked questions to the one of the lady in red team member and she didn’t know the answer so she just disappeared and we were just sitting there and waiting. The housekeeping team sometimes forgot to refill amenities and drinks in our room and it takes loooong for them to come to you when you let them know. Overall, staffs need more training to keep up to the standard of the brand.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing List of dissatisfactions is huge. Not worth calling “5* hotel” Never again and I encourage everyone to stay away from this place

I didn’t like ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY Where do I start… -During check-in receptionist didn’t explain anything about the hotel. -Poor renovation and dirty sunbeds. -Very unpleasant staff. -dry desserts at the lobby The worst part: during my stay a large amount of money went missing from my room. I personally checked in with $40,000 cash and checked out with only $22,000. I didn’t spend even $1 in the hotel. I immediately reported this to the police. Hotel representatives threatened me that if I publicly state that their hotel is responsible, they will sue me for false accusations. For that reason, I am not directly accusing anyone. But I find it extremely alarming that: -No cameras are installed in the hallways (which makes any investigation difficult). -Hotel employees ended up threatening me For a so-called “5 star” hotel, this was a shocking and unacceptable experience. Never again

The location is excellent, the facilities are very very nice .the food in all restaurants is very delicious. The staff are very very friendly and helpful specially the manager kader polat and the receptionists kader sueda they were the best !!!! Nothing

Very nice & kept place. We liked the interior of the hotel & the golf space. Very nice greenery. Very helpful and courteous Red Ladies, bellboys, housekeeping, restaurant staff, & cabana helpers. Food was very good too. The cabanas on the beach need to be renovated. They are old & not elegant. No night entertainment.

We really enjoyed the welcoming and attentive staff, which contributed to excellent services. The hotel offers a great variety of spa services, delicious dishes, spacious and clean rooms with great view. We would like to extend our special thanks to Salve from Sofra by the Lake restaurant for great service and a wonderful evening. Asian restaurant was below our expectations in terms of fine dining. Sofra by the Lake offers better asian dishes.

Food was ok but nothing special Beach and pool service? A masterclass in invisibility — no help with umbrellas, and if you were hoping for a drink in the sun, good luck. Housekeeping was equally impressive — they ignored the Do Not Disturb sign, entered while we were out, rearranged furniture, opened the balcony door (bye-bye AC), and then left without actually cleaning. At check-in, they warmly asked what we’d like to drink — we said water. The answer? “Go get it yourself at the café.” Classy. We shared all of this with the manager, who dutifully wrote it all down… and then did absolutely nothing. For this price, you’d expect service — not a DIY vacation. Last time for us

It is quite and simple We had high expectations for this hotel, especially considering the price, but unfortunately the service did not meet the standard. • Beach and pool service was disappointing — no assistance with umbrellas, and no one offered or brought beverages. • Housekeeping entered our room even though we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. We weren’t in the room at the time, and they moved the sofa, opened the balcony door (which disables the AC), and then left without cleaning. • During check-in, we were asked what we’d like to drink. We simply requested water and were told to go get it ourselves at the café — not exactly the welcome you’d expect. • When we raised these issues with the hotel manager, he wrote everything down but took no action or offered any resolution. We really liked this hotel in the past, but after this experience, we’ve decided this will be our last visit.

This place is heaven on earth! Thanks to Mehmet Kanci for his great hospitality, we felt at home all throughout our stay. Him and his team are the best ?while Damla Balaban, our lady in red was our biggest support for all our arrangements during the dreamy 8 days? We will definitely be back to Kempinski Dome Belek! Thanks for taking care of us so well, this place is a candidate for being our second home ?? All the staff members are super helpful, smiling and caring. Everything is possible in this lovely place to make you feel at home.

Room cleaning could be improved a little by doing an actual floor mopping and cleaning around the corners, but I guess they clean same as other hotels

Everything. The highlight for us was 1. The hospitability of the entire staff, they went above and beyond to accomodate our requests and to ensure our satisfaction, 2. The quality and taste of food, 3. The fact that there was a doctor’s office onsite at the hotel and that we could rent a wheel chair for my dad. The only thing I’d change in the hotel is the configuration of the family room. One of the bedrooms was proper, the other was converted from an entrance to the suite so the queen bed was resting on the wall which made using that side of the bed tricky.

Excellent service and staff. Wide variety of food and drinks. No evening entertainment which was a big disappointment.
