I loved the staff first and foremost, they deserve to be recognized all of them , super nice, attentive, helpful and hard working (rarely I see such hard working ppl from the youngest to the oldest. It’s clean , constantly they clean. Plenty of snacks and food 24h. The rooms are spacious and daily cleaning and restocking. I wished they had more entertainment like the hotel next to it like foam party, night club, better live music. I understand it’s family hotel however are lots of young couples.

A perfect hotel for family

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful – it never felt like they were only being nice for tips. The room was clean, the bed linens were fresh, and housekeeping service was consistent. The view from our room was beautiful. Also, the hotel is very family-friendly with lots of activities and facilities for children. Our overall experience improved over time, especially thanks to the restaurant management, who were very accommodating. Unfortunately, when we first arrived, we were given a different room than what we had booked – instead of a full sea view, we got a partial one, which was quite disappointing. We were told this was what their system showed, although it didn’t match the pictures and descriptions on Booking. The food was decent, but the variety was limited. Red meat was rarely served, mostly just fish and chicken. The main buffet restaurant was smaller than expected, with fewer dishes than we’ve seen in other 5-star resorts. After 2–3 days, the food started to feel repetitive. Also, the kids’ pool had colder water than the main adult pool, and The small amusement park was generally nice and most rides were running, except for two that were out of service due to staff shortage. Conclusion: Despite the initial issues, the staff’s helpfulness made a big difference, and we ended up enjoying our stay. I would recommend this hotel for families with children, as there are plenty of kid-friendly amenities and activities. Just be aware that food variety and room assignments might not fully meet 5-star expectations.

Great staff food was great too overal I enjoyed my stay so much

Luxurious facilities very clean front of house staff pleasant most bars efficient. Entertainment non existent. Atmosphere around pool and in the evening flat compared to the beauty of the facilities.

My favourite part was the night time entertainment with the dancers. I liked that there were shops in the hotel and an arcades area! The workers were friendly also :) No Air Conditioning in the evenings

Facilities are okay and the room size are good The food was awful and the staff lack an understanding of speed esp when you have an infant. It took them 2 hour to bring me water so I could make my babies milk. I had to come out the room and get the water myself. They don’t refill the room in terms of tea and coffee and during hot season they should be constantly adding water bottle in the rooms

The kids club By far the worst possible hotel experience of my life. Just returned with my two daughters after a week of hell. We were given a filthy room which we had to sleep one night in. When our room was changed the next day, the wi fi didn’t work nor did the tv for the whole duration of the stay and nobody came to fix it. Staff were rude and mocking me. The food kept finishing each day - there wasn’t enough to go round. The pools and aqua park and freezing cold. The shower in the room was freezing cold. The staff are all miserable and seem to genuinely hate working there. Nobody helped us or rectified any problems. We were offered a booking at the a la carte restaurant but the food was very average and it was not adequate compensation for a week of money down the drain. I would rate this hotel a 3* at best!!

I had the best holiday ever hOtel is amazing. Staff is very friendly. very clean food is very good. I planning to go back again in August time very safe for hotel. My daughter loved it. They are so good. Kids club worker mr Mehmet and Miss Ceren’s very good with kids they look after my daughter very well. When I was arrive Miss Hatice she’s in reception she helped me and everything. They are so good waiters is very friendly. They make you feel very special when I’m sit down in restaurant. They give my drink straight away. They care to you. really good as well thank you very much. Every single person in Otel I definitely go back even they give me the lunchbox before I left the hotel. They try to make sure when I’m on the way to England I can eat something very friendly, very family orientated Otel they are very good with kids. They has fun fair in hotel my daughter really enjoyed it
