Good size room, good location, close to the bus stops, great breakfast

I loved the room. I know there are many rooms so i couldn`t say about all of them, bot especially my roow was on the 4th floor with very nice balcony, i enjoyed the view and atmosphere

Room noisy when opening window for fresh air, looking for a dozen of A/C compressors. Economy room is so tiny, my airline cabin luggage did not fit into any furniture. This time full with tourists, long queue for breakfast.

The first night we had a room next to the elevator and the noises did not let us sleep. Thankfully we could move to another room.

- The ladies at the reception were very nice and pleasant - Nice room, clean, good bed and pillow - Bathroom was nice and clean - The breakfast was exceptional and significantly better with more variety than most other hotels - Good and free WiFi even on 4th floor

The hotel was as expected, in a good area of Belgrade but very quiet (do to soundproofing) I specifically chose the Room with Parking and Balcony. OK, the parking was "subject to availability" and, although full when I arrived, was able to park at a nearby public parking to which the hotel provided access. Unfortunately, was not offered a room with Balcony and was told "you have to confirm with us it has one". Which is a weird thing to say, as the booking is paid upfront and, of course, is Non-Refundable. Confirm what?!

Location is very good. Comfortable room. Dinner was delicious. Food choice for the breakfast wasn’t small but I didn’t find something for me. Everything was very fat or sweet or salty. Small choice of protein food. One key for the room.

Well priced, located exactly where we wanted. Fair breakfast, fair room. A few things we encountered: No hot water at 01:00 AM on one of the days we stayed. Keycard for the room was a mess, held together by tape Coffee machine in breakfast didn’t seem to work well any of the mornings On the last day in the morning the keycard no longer worked and we needed to reactivate it for some reason. On one of the days, when we had a do not disturb sign on the door, they came in and partly cleaned the room.

The girl at the reception could learn what customer service is. Also, the room was very cold when we arrived.

The breakfast was so lavish and tasty. There was so much food. The coffee machine was really nice as well. The breakfast hours are good as well. I think it was perfect. No changes are necessary.

Location The hotel has a lot of corridors, and many of them include one or two steps, which can be inconvenient.
