Nice clean room with a good shower and clean bathroom. beds a bit hard for us, but thats personal.

Great location. Clear communication from staff as I arrived after hours and had no problem accessing the property. Super clean. Staff was accommodating and let me leave my bags after checkout for a few hours so that I could explore Belgrade before my next destination. I will absolutely stay here again when I pass thru Belgrade!

Stayed here several times over the last years with family. The hotel is awesome. Rooms are large enough. Breakfast is just perfect. Staff is just amazing. Thank you so much again!

Great location; super friendly staff. The front desk opens at 7:00am, so not a 24 hour one, and they do not have a member of the team on staff on Sundays. They were super friendly, the staff, but I believe information should be up front about the 24h front desk.

Great location. Very hospitable lady from the reception. She has contacted me trough Whatsup in order to share info regarding the hotel and info about late self check in, despite the fact that they have previously already detaily explained to me through the Booking messages. Do not be surprised to learn thet the hotel has rooms on two separate locations in the same building, but from additional entry. This was detaily explained to us by the receptionist. She even personally came to assist me with entry into the room that was on the location other than the reception

Clean room, creative botanical ambience We booked the room with garden view but instead got the one with city view above noisy high traffic street. But the most annoying thing was the complete absence of hot water in the bathroom from 10 pm until the morning. We tried to reach the reception but there was no one and we didn’t get the answer and had to shower in cold water.

This is a Beautiful boutique hotel in downtown Belgrade, close to everything. I was amazed at the kindness and first class attention of all the staff; they made me feel valued and special. I had one of the smaller rooms in the brand new annex, but the design & economy of space, with careful attention to every detail was both pleasing & comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The matte fixtures, slate floors & towel radiator in the bathroom was a great comfort. The decor of this hotel is incredible and I will make it a point to visit their sister hotel in Trieste. The owner is well traveled and I enjoyed looking at his collection of regional plates over breakfast. Which brings me to the food: simply incredible. I was there seven days & tried different things on the menu. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, do yourself a favor and sample their excellent dishes. The cook is modest but amazing. I liked everything.

The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is great! Location is nice as well. No soap in the shower and no coffee the first day...like housekeeping just didn't check on those things.

We liked how easy it was to get around and loved the breakfast gatherings and the friendly staff always willing to give us suggestions or help us with our questions.

the location, the hotel thematic, nice bathroom, friendly staff, parking garage is very close to the hotel, 1500RSD/full day. The room cleaning lady knocked at the door around 11 AM, we told her we will be leaving the room in one hour, we left the towels to get replaced but she never came back in that day so we had to dry them on the bathroom heater and reuse them, since after 6PM there is no one at the reception The shower/shampoo bottle was insufficient for two people taking showers daily, luckily we had our own.

I am utterly appalled by the level of customer service I experienced with your property. I made a booking through Booking.com, which clearly stated that check-in could be at any time. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that there would be no one at the property at my scheduled arrival time and that the reception closes at 6 PM. To supposedly accommodate me, I was sent some property codes for self-check-in, but I was also asked to confirm receipt so they could activate the codes. I received this message after 6 PM while I was on a flight, and naturally, no one could activate the codes outside of reception hours. Despite sending multiple messages for clarification, I received no response. I arrived at the airport at midnight, with no way to reach anyone and no confirmation that I could access the property. As a result, I could not possibly check in and had no choice but to forfeit the reservation. When I requested a cancellation and refund, your team denied it, claiming that all information had been sent and implying that it was my fault for not showing up. As a tourism professional with over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I can state unequivocally that this property does not deserve a good review. It is clear that your business prioritizes money over the basic needs and security of your guests. This is not merely an inconvenience—it is a failure of responsibility and basic customer care. I expected professionalism, communication, and reliability, none of which were provided.

Jedino što bih pomenula je da sam bila malo zbunjena po dolasku jer soba sa slika koje sam gledala i na osnovu kojih sam bukirala je bila dosta veća nego soba koja mi je ponudjena po dolasku, tako da sam prešla u veću i platila dodatno. Osim toga, odnos cijene i kvaliteta je odličan :)

The interior design across both the main building and the annex is contemporary, stylish, and thoughtfully tied into the hotel’s botanical theme. The greenery throughout adds a fresh and calming atmosphere that makes the space feel inviting. Unfortunately, the rooms don’t have a fridge, which felt like a surprising omission given today’s standards. It would have been convenient to store drinks or snacks, especially during warm days.

The room was clean, staff were friendly and open buffet breakfast was perfect with delicious ingredient. Also the location of the hotel was very close to all main attractions, about 15-20 min walk distance. There are two buildings, the one we stayed was on the main road and it was very noisy due to cars passing through all night.
