It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with many options at the buffet. The location on the river is nice, but it's a hike to get up to the city center.

Vieta lieliska, tuvu centram, blakus upei. Viesnīca glīta, numurs ērts, par papildus samaksu var novietot mašīnu garāžā. Apkalpojošais personāls laipns un diskrēta. Brokastīs plašs klāsts. Nedabūju numuru pirmajā stāvā ar skatu uz iekšpagalmu kā biju domājusi, bet tā nebija viesnīcas vaina, bet tiekai mans pieņēmums balstoties uz bildēm.

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Bathroom shower was slippery and water was coming out. Need to be improved. View from room is not good at all.Airport shuttle is not free as you stated in booking. Phone number is not right that you mentioned. Staff is excellent.

The Manager and the Asian lady at the reception were both very nice and professional. The room was a good enough, a bit outdated but the bed was very comfy. The location is great, just outside the Old Town. I’ve specifically requested a room far away from the elevators, top floor. The clear checked me in and offered a room exactly next to the elevator, on the lowest floor. The manager was kind enough to upgrade me to a different room, which was u fortunately very dusty and smelled badly upon entry (I think it was not rented out for a while). No breakfast which is usually standard at this price point.

Everything was nice. Very nice staff, especially the girl at the restaurant who qas so nice to us, and the lady at the reception. The manager was also very nice, since our air conditioning was not working properly and he was prompt to move us to another room. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious with lots of lights. Also the food at the restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was great too. First room's air conditioner wasn't working right, but the manager took care of us.

New and renovated hotel. Amazing breakfast, room is big (we took The triple room). Bathroom is well equipped with all the required amenities . We also parked inside the underground parking. And above all the excellent service from the staff. I’m really recommend staying in this hotel One evening we dine in the hotel restaurant which is amazing with fair prices. Also we got 20% discount Coupon which made it even great price Nothing

The place is in a good location near historical center and pedestrian areas, it also faces the Danube River as a first line building, there is a great Serbian restaurant next building that you can visit for lunch or dinner. It is convenient to get to the airport from it - 20-25 minutes and you are there. They have their own parking for guests’ cars. The breakfast was good, had good selection of meats and cheeses, fruits, sweet baked goods, juices and other stuff. *There was no iron and ironing board in the room *I have pressed the the housekeeping button in the morning and left, but the housekeeping came in a strange time at 3 pm, when I was already back in the room and changing for another meeting, so I asked to come a bit later, but it never returned *Breakfast eggs’ station employee said they can do only omelettes, and cannot do sunny side up eggs, which was strange. *I ordered coffee and in half an hour another one during the breakfast, but I was told I had to pay for the second one. At the same time my colleagues who were with me had 2-3 coffees without any need to pay. So it was quite inconsistent *Most pedestrian areas are located on top of the hill while the hotel is in the bottom - it’s not easy to get to the pedestrian areas even though it is only 700-1000 meters away

The hotel has a great location, close to everything and easy to access. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The staff was highly professional and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

The beds were comfortable. The room service food was tasty. The dining room staff friendly and attentive. Located in a walkable area. The room didn’t feel clean. I did my wipe test. Picture attached. Front desk staff is not friendly. Specially when I checked in. In the morning I received a message from hotel saying they placed a voucher in my room which led me to believe that the room will be ready when I arrive around noon. However knowing hotel policies I didn’t expect anything. I got in to the hotel at around 12.45pm. Upon arrival the front desk staff checked me in and just said check in time is 2pm and the room is not ready and for me to come back at 2pm. I said I’ll wait in the lobby. Ten minutes later I saw another staff member walk in and from the conversation between what I understood was that the room was actually ready but the staff just didn’t check or didn’t want me to check in yet. However the gentleman told her to let me in my room which she eventually did. Overall front desk staff felt like they didn’t want to be bothered. Not sure this is a cultural thing. The door handle comes off if you pull hard. Very limited in room dining options. They also have a policy that you can’t bring in outside food to the room or order delivery. Which is absolutely absurd for a hotel. They can fine you 150 euros if you do. I have never seen that anywhere else. Do not disturb sign doesn’t stay on if you open the door. So if you don’t want anyone to enter when you leave the room. That’s not possible. The toilet splashes water out when you flush.

I definitely recommend this hotel! The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and spacious with everything you might need for your stay. There is a parking lot for the guests. The food in the hotel is also great. The location is perfect- you can reach most of the monuments by foot.

There is no dry clean pochette in the room.

We used Calisi hotel as a stopover during a long road trip. It is conveniently located near the river waterfront and Kalemegdan. We liked the 24h reception, the good service, the room which was very nice and clean, with comfortable beds. We especially appreciated the safe underground parking (at an additional cost, booked in advance) suitable also for very big cars. The hotel has an onsite restaurant, luckily it was open on Easter Sunday. Upon arrival we were offered a 20% discount voucher for the restaurant which was very nice. The food was not as good as we expected (possibly due to the holiday), but the wine and the service were both very good. The breakfast started at 7AM (until 11AM) which was great for us. It was too noisy but we knew that in advance. The curtains were blocking the light coming from outside but there was some light inside the room (some sign/little screen) which bothered us.

Location, cleanliness, and the wonderful staff. Bojan and Safa in particular were kind, helpful and extremely informative. The staff speak English and other languages. We did not find anything to complain about.

The location overlooking the Sava river; the large comfortable bed; powerful shower; the kind, helpful staff especially Bojan and Safa. We liked everything!
