Poor soundproofing; noise from the corridor (especially the doorbell) and neighboring rooms was easily heard.

Nothing! Very disappointing and stressful experience. The room was extremely noisy and not suitable for sleeping. The walls were very thin, almost like paper, and I could hear everything from outside and from nearby rooms. The door also felt very poor quality, almost like plastic, and there was a large gap underneath it, which made the noise even worse. The property was listed as accessible and with an elevator, but there was no elevator available. This was a major problem because I arrived with three suitcases and received no proper help. I also booked a driver through the hotel and was told that he would wait for me with a sign. This did not happen. Instead, I received long and confusing instructions about where to meet him. He then dropped me off far from the hotel, and I had to struggle to find the place while carrying three suitcases. I asked for help, but no one was available to assist me. Overall, the experience was exhausting, stressful, and far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this property.

Nice and clean, perfect for shorter or longer stays. We spent only 1 night but we enjoyed it.

The stuff was very pleasant. The apartment is simple however the bed is super comfortable and is a pure center for those who want to be in it. The bathroom is a bit too small and no windows

Good for a short stay, location is great. Our windows overlooked the yard so it was very quiet. No place to hang towels. Bag storage was just "drop wherever you like" in the lobby. Curtains were light and it disturbed my sleep because I usually prefer my room to be very dark. The pillow felt like it will soon reduce to atoms.

The location is perfect. The staff is always excellent. The price is right. The hotel is growing and getting better each time I visit. Everything was fine

It was clean Location and staff didn’t help us to check in early and we got waited at the door at 7 am, hotel signboard was too small and hidden not to see from outside, it didn’t reflect as the same as photos.

Location was perfect at the end of the pedestrian street. Room was really quiet and clean. Entrance of the building and staircade were gruppy.

The property is well located in a pedestrian area. It's up a few flights of stairs in an older building with some character to it. the room I stayed in was small, but adequate for the night I was there. A bit of a challenge for taxis to find the property as they can't drive into the area, so you have to agree an area just outside to find them. There is also a dedicated taxi rank nearby if not using e-hailing/pre-booked. The bathroom was clean enough, but the floors were dusty with some scattered hair on the ground around the bed. It's remarkable how many people forget to sweep/vacuum under beds....

It was a big place fully equipped. The bed was comfortable, shower was big, and very clean. The communication with the owner was very good too. It was far from the center, but I reserved it knowing that. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe.

Staff was friendly enough and allowed us to check in 40 mins before, as the room was ready. Location is at the heart of the city. There is no regular AC to cool the temperature, however heating was available and windows easily to open.

Nothing to declare

The hotel is very new, so new that some things are missing for the room that we had, e.g., desk and chairs. Very clean. Location is very good. The hotel occupies the first floor of an old building. The staffs are not available 24 hours a day, but they are helpful when asked. Room 118 is not finished with shower head installationtower rack rack. Need a desk and chairs.

Conveniently located in the very center of Belgrade, within 6 bus stops from the central bus station. A compact room equipped with an electric kettle. Fast Wi-Fi. Friendly and helpful staff. Windows overlooking a somewhat noisy pedestrian street. Poor soundproofing between the room and the common hallway.

Good overall value and proactive staff On my first night, I was placed in a room next to a bar which was noisy. Be careful about what room they put you in. I ended up moving and after I did, it was quiet.
