The breakfast was not good at all, not so many choices.

The hotel is located very close to the city centre and the central square. The room was modern and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I keep coming back to this hotel because of its excellent location, friendly staff, and great value for money.

The hotel has a very central location, so you can easily walk everywhere. The staff are polite and helpful. This was not really the hotel’s fault, but due to its central location, the noise from nearby celebrations and fireworks could be heard clearly in the room.

The location was superb, situated practically only 100 steps from the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. Communication was excellent, with all questions and requests handled promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend this hotel to future travelers looking for a convenient location, excellent service, and a pleasant overall experience.

Didn’t provide water. The extremely early checkout time. 10:00 am is very early especially that the checkin is 14:00 , and not a minute less.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Marshal Garni. The location is exceptionally central, just a few minutes' walk from Zeleni Venac and very easy to reach via bus from the airport. Our room was both spacious and spotlessly clean, and having a 24-hour front desk was extremely convenient. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, which was actually perfect because there are numerous fantastic breakfast spots and restaurants within a short walking distance. There was some minor wear-and-tear in the room, though it didn't impact our comfort or the quality of our stay.

I was very satisfied with the room, reception is doing a great job being available for anything you need, patient, professional and with a smile. Location is great. I would definitely come back again. Soundproofing could be better

Clean, very well located for my purpose hotel, high floor and welcoming staff. The shower was just right even though it took a while to wait for hot water. No kettle or coffee machine or even a complimentary water bottle was a bit of a letdown. It was not on the description it's just something I was used to expect in Belgrade. No USB outlets either - it's rare there days. A bulb was blown in one of the night stands - I didn't care enough to call for it but it's not that pleasant. Also I forgot a comb and the reception didn't have any. It's a good idea for a hotel reception to have small things like that - they are rarely needed but make a big difference.

So small , 2 floor only , there’s no real facilities and restaurant is so weak

The food variety could be increased. Other than that, everything was fine.

The hotel has a great location. Stuff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is normal.

Good location, friendly personal

All staff lovely , great breakfast of omelette and bacon on our first morning .served by a lovely lady who spoke very good English.. Different breakfast staff the next morning when we needed to have breakfast when they opened at 8 am . .no, you are too early we were told at two minutes to 8. Others waiting as well but when they tried the door, it had been locked.The front office staff knocked on the door and said it's after 8 am, the breakfast staff thought it was much much earlier ..we were all let in.... I ordered omelette and fried eggs. Others then ordered their omelettes. We waited and waited, we were rather taken back to then see others receive their omelettes while we sat and waited and waited...In the end we had no choice but to leave as staff were organising a taxi for us to the airport, but if we left it any longer we would have to walk with our luggage down the streets and across the bridge to meet the taxi, as the bridge was about to be closed due to the protests. So two entirely different experiences of breakfast ( or rather no breakfast ) and staff capabilities at the hotel.

Location is excellent. Hotel staff service is above par.

Not bad for a hotel at this price range. Read my answer to "What didn't you like?" for context. They did not have the room I booked, and they did not want to comp the upgrade, even though it was their fault for being over booked. Fair warning that this could happen to you if you book this hotel.
