A great location, withing a walking distance or 5-10 minutes by tram to all the main amenities. You hear cars passing in the street at night.

When I arrived, there was a lady at the reception area who was not the receptionist. She was wearing a black suit and white shirt. She did not greet us and immediately told us to come back after 2 PM because the rooms were not ready, even though it was almost 2 PM with only around 10 minutes left. I politely mentioned that the official check-in time was 2 PM, not after 2 PM. She reacted with an unpleasant facial expression and still insisted that we wait until 2 PM. After entering the room, I noticed that the blanket was not clean and there was a lot of hair on it. Later, the staff changed the blanket. The room was also dusty, and there was construction work going on near the hotel, which created a lot of noise and made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the weather outside was cold and windy, and the room itself was very cold because the heaters were not working properly. This made both my day and night uncomfortable during the stay.

Nice and friendly staff, good location and excellent breakfast. Construction works on the site, started very early in the morning, hotel should have let the guests know beforehand or apply a discount.

The breakfast is good. The hotel is currently surrounded by large-scale construction, which makes the area noisy and unpleasant. The building itself feels old and poorly maintained. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle, minibar, bathroom toiletries, tea, and coffee. Overall, I was disappointed with the value for money and do not think the price matches the quality offered.

The facilities are not of a high standard. The rooms are small and poorly equipped. The air conditioning is noisy and makes strange sounds, which disturbs sleep. The walls are damaged.

There was a lot of noise early in the morning, as part of the hotel was being renovated.
