The location was great. Easy to access transport to explore the city. Many local restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was not worth the extra money. The selection was very basic, and some of the food was stale.

Bathroom was faulty

The rooms and the facilities in the bathroom might need a bit of repear, broken shower and hanger for the shower, for example, but overall not something that would ruin the overall stay.

the receptionists were really nice. they allowed me to check in hours before check in time as there was a room available. they also helped me with transportation quite a lot. the room was big, bathroom and shower were also big and enough. even though its written that the room has a/c, you cannot turn it on as its locked by the facility since the weather is not suitable for a/c use according to them :) the room was hot and overwhelming during day time. i think this was a major drawback. my advise to hotel to change this pov and allow guests to turn it on and off whenever they need. and the bathroom had a weird smell, i think there is a ventilation issue.

Hôtel location is very practical Rooms are clean Parking space is very handy It was a little hot in the room and no AC yet and couldn’t open the window as we were on street and was noisy.

Great location - close to the city center and the A1 airport shuttle service. Good breakfast - many different choices. Stable wi-fi. I'm sure this was a great hotel when it was new. It feels a bit abandoned/mismanaged - easily repairable issues with water drainage and faucet, old soiled carpet, scratches and marks all over. If management decides to invest a bit of effort into maintenance, it could be an outstanding hotel.

The toilet flush mechanism wasn’t working properly and was constantly letting water through.

The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was really great! I really enjoyed my stay at The Mark! It was a perfect location, right in the center of everything. Lots of great restaurants close by. The staff were incredibly helpful with suggestions and calling for taxis. But as a person in a wheelchair, the only real problem I had was getting to the toilet in the bathroom as it was behind the door. I could do it, but it wasn’t easy. Also, there was a roll of toilet paper in the room, but no toilet paper holder. I did make the front desk staff aware. That being said! For being in Serbia I am so impressed with how accessible it was!

Location is quite good - 2 bus stations to city center. Modern hotel room, very nice and helpful personnel. Very comfy bed. The view is not amazing from the room.

Everything was grade especially to people who work there the most kindest, helpful, supportive peoples front desk assistance we really appreciated thanks for everything especially to mr vok and blond hair lady :) sorry couldnt find the name

Very good location. Generous and clean rooms. Exceptionally helpful reception staff. In particular Markus and Slobodan. Parking was a little challenging as it is in front of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent but the cooked food needs to be hotter.

Spacious clean room. Comfortable, large bed. The location is convenient for getting there by A1 express from the airport. The old town is about 15 minutes walk away. Excellent varied breakfasts. The hotel interior is wonderful. Marko and Slobodan, thank you for your help with all questions. During our stay there was a group of noisy teenagers living there.
