BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC.

Clean, staff was friendly, the room was nice and cold

The room condition was not very good: not well-cleaned, and the need for cosmetic repairs was obvious. No smart TV. The double bed was a combined twin bed.

Good value for money, the location was also allright, close to old town. Very helpful staff. Decent room. Breakfast was also decent. The towels were missing. There were no parking spots available anymore at the property, although parking was listed. A bit chilly in the room. Photos highly photoshoped :)

However, there are several things that could be improved. The sound insulation between rooms is quite poor – you can easily hear voices from neighboring rooms, and the entrance door does not seal well, so light and noise from the hallway come into the room. The room was not cleaned during my three-night stay, which was disappointing. Also, the mattress appeared to be dirty and overall cleanliness could definitely be better. Another issue is that during weekends there is live music in the hotel, which can be quite loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Overall, the stay was acceptable thanks to the good location, breakfast, and friendly staff, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and noise control. Rating: 7/10

Everything was comfortable and up to my expectations. Jovan and Sanja were really helpful and handled everything with ease.

Location I booked this hotel because they stated that they have parking. Due to spine injury I am not capable to walk a lot. However on day of my arrival I sent message to hotel to book parking spot and got shocking reply - parking is available but bigger car can’t fit in the entrance. So if I am coming with bigger car I should park in nearby public garage! This is outrageous! Parking is available for smart or beetle maybe, but not for other types of car. It is not nice to lie and falsely promote hotel just to attract tourists. So, with my spine injury I had to walk through frozen streets of Belgrade, just because hotel is falsely presenting services that they are offering!

Damaged enterior on several places (including some non-working switches/lights), dirty shower with edges around glass and corners full with mold and waterstone. Broken toilet seat, empty soap dispenser in bathroom etc. Not really what yoy would expect of a 4-star hotel... At least cleaning should be improved.

We were there with a car, but we didn't know that we should reserve parking space before we made the reservation for the hotel because there is only 6 parkings there. For the weekend is free parking on the street, but on workdays we parked our car in the parkig garage nerby.

They upgraded me to a superior room which was a large suite with very high ceilings. Check in was very easy and they also arranged early morning transport to the airport with a safe, courteous, honest driver.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, always making us feel at home. My son absolutely loves staying here because he feels like everyone is his friend. The restaurant is beautiful, with delicious food, and the location of the hotel is just perfect. Truly an amazing place to return to again and again!
