Putnik Inn Belgrade

The room was ok. Large breakfast buffet. Good wine card in the restaurant. People in the restaurent were very helpfull, comparing to slow service at the bar. This hotel feel like a business hotel. A bed, shower and food. Slow service at the bar. Breakfast buffet was large but was missing taste. The juse machine (read water with sirup) ran out water and was not refilled. Certain dishes were missing flavor. For a hotel of that size a decent storage for suitcase could be expected expecially when you have to wait for checking.

Hotel parking is not free.

Excellent location at New Belgrade, easily accessible by public transport and at foot distance from the river.Hotel is not new,but all is well maintained and bed is confortable.there is internet and good breakfast with fresh fruit.staff is friendly and proffessional.price was friendly too Bathroom did not seem clean enough,it could be better.

Great hotel in a beautiful Novi Beograd! The location is excellent, and you can easily take a bus straight to the city center. There are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Breakfast... Although there was plenty of food and a good variety, everything was cold, and the pastries tasted like they were from the previous day.

The room was very small, but it was clean. When we arrived, we noticed that there were no blankets. We called the reception, and they brought them to us promptly. However, the biggest issue was the parking. Upon check-in, we were informed that we had not reserved a parking space and that parking had to be booked in advance. We parked outside the hotel and immediately made and paid for a parking reservation for the following two days. When we returned to the hotel the next day, the parking lot was completely full, and there was no space available for our car, even though we had a confirmed and paid reservation. When we asked why, the staff told us to leave the car on the side and hand over the keys so they could move it whenever another guest needed to leave. This was completely unacceptable. What made it even worse was that on the first day, when we asked if we could leave the car in the same way, we were told it was not allowed. Yet the next day, because of the hotel's poor organization, they expected us to do exactly that. I asked for a full refund for the parking, took my car out of the hotel parking lot, and parked elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined our stay. A hotel should honor paid reservations, especially for services such as parking. Because of the poor organization and unprofessional handling of the situation, I will never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Maintenance in the room - shower did not function well (broken hose and loose handle), the lightbulbs over the bed should have been replaced. Breakfast so-so.

Everything was great! I would especially like to say that people working on front desk are very kind and available to any question or anything we needed. Besides that, breakfast vas amazing! So much choice, everything is fresh, and all plates are full all the time. /

The bathroom needs to be renovated. The TV should be in front of the bed, not on the side. The biggest disappointment is that the pool and sauna are not working. If I had known that the Spa was not working, I would not have come. Considering that I am a regular guest of this hotel and that I have stayed at least 8-10 times so far, I can say that in my opinion the hotel is losing more and more in terms of the quality of service.

I asked for some hearing device becUse i freezed and they told me they cant give me due to some law… Also the room phone was not working so i had to call reception by a mobile phone on a google number… Walls too thin, you hear people talk in next room. Room too small i couldnt fit my lugage and also not even a bottle of water in the room.

Proximity to the airport and the city, shopping. Friendly staff. Air conditioning in the rooms did not work. The lobby is cooled down while the rooms have a huge issue with the cooling system. Hoping they renovate soon as this is a well established hotel that we used Many times before. It is located in a street with an enormous number of food joints.
