Flat was super clean, kitchen was well-equipped, even had some good coffee there! Also the host left some pods for laundry, super usefull ! I was very happy to stay there. mold in the shower cabin

Location is perfect. Ground floor rooms excellent, but basement and upper floor with little air. It wasn't previously mentioned that payment is upon arrival and non-negotiable to pay during stay (3 nights). Also not mentioned that parking (advertised as an advantage to accommodation) is not free.

The people at the hotel were very nice. The location is minimal but nice and comfortable, exactly what you need to spend some days in Belgrade. I recommend it.

Awesome location, walkable to anywhere. The frontdesk is super friendly (there even a cute cat greeting you). Available to pay card and cash. The room is very clean and spacious, my room is not very high ceiling, but there are enough space to store all my messy packages. Reasonable price.

Can’t beat the location! Nice staff. The gentleman at the reception allowed me to use his phone and make a quick reservation upon check in. Water pressure is ready bad. You also run out of hot water before finishing your shower. The lady working at the check out time watched me struggle with getting a luggage downstairs and didn’t even offer to help.

It could be a bit cleaner, and we got the room in the below ground level - even it the booking said Deluxe room, not quite as on the pictures. But still okay.

A quiet, very clean hotel in the very center of Belgrade! The staff was super nice, the bed - big and comfortable, the bathroom also big, with quality consumables. А very good value for money! -

It was centrally located to plenty of shops and restaurants very walkable They changed my reservation to another property without notifying me prior to my arrival at 5pm

Location was fantastic in the old town area. Easy walkability to many sites, shopping and dining! Staff was responsive to any questions/needs. My hairdryer didn’t work and they switched it out for a new one promptly. This hotel met all my needs.

Location is ok, air conditioning was good Stairway is too steep and entire interior design is pretty weird. Shower had virtually no pressure.

Location It is named as a 4 star hotel, but it is just apartment building. Parking is not available and not in interest of “hotel” stuff. I waited 45 min to park a car in closet city garage. Tv is not working. WiFi password was wrong. AC smell really bad. There was a bad cigarette smoke inside it, specially with AC on. Loud noice from outside.
