The soundproofing is not as good as expected. The water in the spa could be warmer, and the same applies to the shower.

The organization and staff training are extremely poor, especially when it comes to communicating with guests. In the spa center, the floor was dangerously slippery, which is unacceptable for an indoor pool area. The water in the jacuzzi was cold, and the thermal chairs were not working. The card system is unnecessarily complicated: one card for electricity, another for the spa, and a separate mechanical key for the room door. Room service was very difficult to get, even for something as simple as sparkling water. Overall, the accommodation prices do not match the quality of service provided. The staff is not properly trained to interact with guests, which significantly affects the overall experience.

Great bedroom, good location. Nice facilities. I paid 12 euro for the breakfast and regretted it. Very poor - there are outside options that are much better value and quality.

Workers and the room The small spa and tiny sauna area. They should refresh the doors in spa, because they aren’t close.
