Got charged 70€ for a broken plate. Feels predatory. I understand it might be a collection piece or something, still expected some flexibility.

Amazing Room Upgrade: Got a massive room with a huge living area, large washroom, walk-in closet, and a comfortable king-size bed. ​Great Amenities: The kitchen was well-equipped with a coffee machine, filtered water, and a handy dishwasher. The 24/7 gym was also fairly well-equipped. ​Perfect Location: Seamlessly connected to public transport and highly walkable to many attractions. ​Excellent Reception Staff: Check-in/out was quick, and the front desk was incredibly helpful with local logistics and information. Disappointing Breakfast: Very poor selection that was too heavy on sweets, featuring only one meat dish and one egg option. ​No Dietary Options: Zero accommodations for dietary needs—no gluten-free bread or vegan milk options. ​Poor Breakfast Atmosphere: The staff in the breakfast area were unhelpful, and the entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

The staff is truly exceptional — seamlessly combining warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. From the moment of arrival, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. This was already my third stay at Zepter, and the consistency of service continues to impress. We were traveling with our Yorkshire Terrier and fully expected an additional pet fee. However, the gentleman at reception was incredibly kind — he liked our little York so much that he kindly waived the charge. Such a thoughtful gesture added a very personal touch to our stay. The fitness area is excellent, thoughtfully equipped for a complete and satisfying workout. The sauna facilities also appear beautifully maintained — unfortunately, time was limited on this visit, but they are certainly something I look forward to enjoying properly next time. The rooms reflect the brand’s refined standards. Each is equipped with the Zepter air purification and climate control system, creating a particularly comfortable atmosphere. The staff is truly excellent. The hotel has a small parking garage that is usually full, but after I explained that I needed frequent access to my car during the day due to business meetings, the team made every effort to arrange a spot for me. This showed a very warm and professional approach and made me feel genuinely welcome. The gym is excellent, offering everything needed for a proper workout. The sauna is also very good — I didn’t have much time to enjoy it this time, but I definitely will on my next visit. Location: super, in the heart of the center in Kneza mihaila st. Room: Modern loft style, very clean, much larger than usual, 2 TVs. Bed: long and comfortable mattress  Value for money is super.!! no teaspoon, coffee, sugar, sweetner in the room.  Breakfast: no coffee machine, you need to pay for a cappuccino... The staff does not fill omelet, milk, coffee and vegetables on time.... The variety is small.

Great staff! They gave me good discount of Zepter products, which turned my stay even cheaper... Zepter shop just in few minutes short walk Great Fitnes center. Rooms and fitness center equipped with a Zepter products - starting from coffee machine and finally air control system.

Initially the room was missing the kettle (only coffee maker, although there were tee bags), but I had only to ask the receptionist and the kettle was provided.

Location I had a suite which is located in a very narrow corner. Neither me nor the hotel had control over the air-condition temperature. It was hot all the time, and when I asked them to turn it off or lower the temperature, they told me they have no control over it and the only solution is to open the windows as well!!!
