Two bedrooms would have been nice if everything worked. Fairly clean. Well there was no hot breakfast. Which was disappointing because that’s one of the reasons u booked with children. Asked for extra blankets for my child and they had none our family had to use sheets and towels. The door handle was falling off in the bedroom 1. The dishwasher did not work and the living room light turned on several times in the middle of the night & kept coming on while someone was asleep in there. Not sure if it was a sensor but we had to keep getting up to turn it off. Also did not accommodate for a handicap (elderly person) since there was no 1st floor available & no elevators. Parking fee with no parking spaces close to the room due to construction equipment all over the parking spaces.

Clean and quiet location. Nothing special. Looks more like an apartment complex. Construction happening and finding parking difficult in the lot.

Good spot and great value for size room. They were renovating and failed to mention no laundry facilities. So had to drive to laundromat early morning instead.

We missed our first flight die to weather and then the second flight was delayed, and Lisa was a sweetheart, and assured that we were still able to check in as we didn’t arrive till 3:30 in the morning

I have always trusted Hyatt hotels due my special needs as a dialysis patient and this particular time I left feeling unsatisfied, uncomfortable and as if the hotel did not care.

I loved the location. Our room was very spacious and equipped with some kitchen utensils. Breakfast was great! We had a small door in the room that was an emergency exit. With kids that made us extra nervous. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable. And we could hear clearly and loudly our neighbors who arrived at midnight.

Location was very central Parking was expensive - should be included. Room was dusty and dated

They have updated the rooms. The two bedroomoption with kitchen and living room is perfect for a bigger family. Great location. N/A
