This is a nice place to stay with family, breakfast was good, only thing that we didn’t like was the lack of cleanliness. I don’t think the floor was vacuumed or anything. There was hair everywhere, some areas were also covered with dust.

Breakfast was good. Staff was responsive. Floor was dirty so bring your own vacuum. The room we stayed at had a door with hinges falling off. Maintenance fixed the door but could not align it. We were okay with it since we weren’t going to close the door all the way bc the kids slept in their own room. Suppose to get free parking for my troubles but didn’t. Wish they would have given us another room but it wasn’t an option. Heated pool is 80 degrees. Don’t expect a jacuzzi like warmth. The only way to feel the water is warmer is to take a dip and come out to feel the colder air then go back in the pool and you’ll get your heated pool.

Everything was 100/10 just need an elevator

Rooms are spacious and well maintained

Sign in lobby said hotel is to be renovated in 2026 and it needs it. The amenities advertised (food and bar) were actually just breakfast. I felt sorry for the staff having to manage with “bare bones”. The worst was a skylight directly over my bed with no way to close out the first light of dawn. The staff could not help and I had to get a ride to CVS to buy a sleep mask. Not what I expected from a Hyatt hotel.

Great location mid-peninsula! The room was freshly renovated and very nicely appointed. The lobby is about to undergo a full renovation but currently is in pretty sad shape. But the location and the breakfast buffet were high points. The walking trails in the area and walking access to great restaurants, coffee shops, and boba was a joy!

Shower drain was full of hair.

Loved our room setup. We have a large family and the two separate bedrooms was a excellent.

The room was fairly clean but not for a nitpicky person- I took wipes and cleaned light fixtures, remotes, toilets, tub, shower and the kitchenette, etc. The sound travels through the lower levels. Unfortunately, we were below a family of five for one night and they woke us up at 5am the day they left. I called the front desk but all they did was assure me they were leaving the next day. Another family was letting the children play with a basketball right outside of our door so that woke us another day but thankfully, that was after 7am. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was a nice area to cool down. WiFi, air conditioning and we rented the two room suite with 1 shower and 1 tub and that was great. The bar was closed because they are “under renovation”. The rooms are not updated yet. The area was nice though- I had no concerns about the area but important to note they also charge 15$/night for parking and Saturday the lot was full. I got the last parking spot. Watch for raccoons too.

Loved the property. Staff, grounds amazing, only problem is they don’t have an elevator. They have 3 levels. My mom can’t walk up stairs. Otherwise was amazing.
-
The main drawback was the property grounds. There was quite a bit of debris, trash, and construction materials scattered around, which brought down the overall experience. It felt unfinished and could use some attention before guests arrive. Overall a decent stay with a solid concept. Just needs better upkeep of the common areas and clearer communication around pool access.

We visited during remodel. There were several containers, forklifts and regular construction traffic during the day. We were in a remodeled room that was very nice, clean and had all the imentities we needed. I would have lived to have had more USB plugs in the room. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices for a light, healthy breakfast and a full meal breakfast. The staff was nice; at check in there was an issue with the system. They took it with grace and were pleasant as we all waited. The property is close to the highway with easy access to San Francisco.

I liked the complimentary breakfast and the remote location of the hotel. It’s quiet and easy access to go in and out of your room and the car parking lot. Good service and staff is pretty responsive to questions and concerns.

The bedsheets were dirty and it took the staff over three hours to arrive with clean sheets. Floor was very dirty. Door knobs were loose and wall trims were coming apart.
