The GPS want accurate. Took us to a parking lot.

Location was good, close to people we were visiting. It was dirty and didn’t smell very good. We were all afraid to use the shower, arrived late and left early.

This hotel is conveniently located near the 101 freeway. Staff are efficient and friendly. The area feels safe. Our room was spacious that came with a large fridge and stoves. Double beds are a bit small. No coffee maker in room. Parking spots are a bit small. Floor was not properly cleaned. Our night was ruined by upstairs guests that were rumbling late into the early morning. Overall, i would come back.

It was depicted as an extended stay that had no pots, pans etc. There were burners capable of heating leftovers There was very few options in eating out which when found one was very expensive. Claimed to have breakfast, but didn't. no coffee after 9am

This is the second time that I booked this hotel, and I am pleased that I returned. I felt safe and the beds were comfortable and the room was clean both times.

Breakfast is an exaggeration. Prepackaged small muffin, tiny granola bar, mini yogurt and a pouch of oatmeal. Substandard. I booked a room with a full kitchen - with absolutely ZERO amenities: not a spoon, a dish or a plate. Not even a roll of paper towel. Thankfully I had a couple paper plates and some disposable cutlery. The windows are so filthy that it looks like you're staring through fog. I spilled a bit of water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel ... It came up filthy. That floor hasn't seen a mop in months. Despite pleasant staff, I won't stay here again.

Our room was clean and had everything that we needed. Although we didn’t use any of the kitchen amenities it was nice to have that ability. We did get to enjoy a nice continental breakfast in the morning. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spots available. The staff was nice and helpful, they made it super easy to check in and out.

No dishes, etc. in the rolm - you need to pick them up at the front desk. Would have been nice if the desk clerk had mentioned it at check-in so I didn’t have to make an extra trip.

Grab and go b'fast is OK, nothing to write home about. My wife (who has high standards) didn't think the room was clean enough.

I guess it was fair for the price. Was a little run down. They gave me a handicap room when I am not handicapped. The showerhead wouldn’t attach to anything and I had to hold it. The sink was extremely small.

El, the receptionist/front desk superman, is simply a National Treasure!! He puts customer first and always makes sure every customer has the best experience during his/her stay. I can't thank him enough for making this hotel the best place to stay in the Bay Area.
