Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco

I love staying at this hotel when I get a chance to have late dinner with my girlfriend. They have room service. I think it goes up to 10 PM but I usually get there hours ahead and always order. I love that they have the pool and they have Netflix on the TV. You just login with your info. The bed is very spacious, including the restroom. And the AC unit isn’t loud it’s perfect.

Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff was professional and kind. It was a great stay.

Was not happy with service

The sofa bed did not work. We called housekeeping and they did not answer. We had to leave for dinner and we came back and called front desk.the person at the front desk said house keeping has left and any issues will be sorted tomorrow and hung up on us. Then they gave us credits for bfast as sorry and then 1/3 of the credits went for service fee and only 3 of us could bfast. This was our third time at this hotel and we will have to look for something else next time

Nice place, but geez $50 for parking and $50 for my dog per night?

The front desk lady was rude. She couldn’t find my reservation from Expedia and she seemed to think it was my fault. The elevators and the room had a pungent smell that was not pleasant. For the price I expected more.

El hotel no tiene amenidades diferente a la piscina , ergo es para una estancia más laboral que familiar , adicional mi pareja socorrió a una niña de 2 a 4 años que caminaba con su papá y un paquete de dulces en las manos , y recibimos un improperio de parte de un familiar que estaba con ellos , pueden evidenciar el suceso en las cámaras lo reportamos con el hotel

Not good for family. Only give you 2 towels. Have to keep asking for more. Parking is $50 per night. Total ripoff

There were old stains on the furniture. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. If they included complementary self parking, I would stay there longer and more often. I will stay there again. Thank you.

Some of the staff were friendly. Tired decor and broken fixtures/fittings. One day no hot water. When we first woke there was no water at all. Desk / check in staff seemed slow to act and disinterested in solving issues. When I reported the water problems. I was told it affects the whole hotel. When checking out I mentioned it again and was told “good that we got it fixed”. No it’s not good to shower / shave in cold water and expect to pay normal price for the pleasure!

Great hotel

Great location to stay to visit San Fransico. Close to a Shopping mall. Very comfortable beds.

The view was great. Nice and quite place. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

We checked in the hotel room and the room was not cleaned yet. Looks like someone still stays there. The parking is $50 but we got charge $75 and we called the hotel. They can’t do anything about it.

There is no hot water in the shower for a number of rooms

It was comfortable and nice hotel The parking was extremely expensive, I had to pay $100 for two nights and I also got charged a lot of additional fees. I spent way too much to stay here. Booking.com should have been upfront about all of the fees this hotels charges. Additionally, If had no access to wifi.
