I had to book a whole new hotel, wash my hair, and unpack outside so I made sure I didn’t bring any bed bugs home. They claimed to refund me, did NOTHING ELSE to make up for my nightmarish experience, and didn’t seem to care that they had bed bugs. I wouldn’t be surprised if they booked the room again.
