The property is well kept, rooms are clean , there is ample parking, and the staff was kind and attentive. My family and I frequent this property when in the area. Reasonably priced.

#2 at breakfast, waffle iron wasn’t closing and staff in kitchen at the time couldn’t help, I just stood there not knowing how to fix it, and she didn’t care to get someone to help me. #3 dining tables were extremely sticky, no one there to help clean off tables

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott, as the experience was very disappointing and, in my opinion, did not justify the amount of money I paid. During my stay, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and significantly affected our ability to rest. Additionally, the sofa bed was completely unusable. It felt like sleeping on a wooden board because the mattress was barely noticeable, making it impossible for anyone to sleep comfortably on it. The service at the front desk was also very poor on most occasions. Furthermore, I specifically requested housekeeping service for the room, but they only cleaned the room once during our entire stay, despite my request. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and far below what I expected when booking and paying for this hotel. I feel that I did not receive the quality of service and accommodations that I paid for. For this reason, I kindly ask Booking.com to review my case and consider providing me with a refund or significant compensation for the inconvenience and for the money I spent on a stay that was ultimately unsatisfactory. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my situation and offer me a fair resolution.

First, the room was perfectly fine. Roomy and comfortable. There are 2 big things that affected my rating. First, I guess I should have read more reviews because it wasn't very clear that you had to pay for parking. So if you are looking to stay here, factor in another $25 a night when you compare with other places. Second, I arrived after midnight and was ready to go to bed. I was on the 3rd floor but was woken up a few times by loud talking outside. I figured that noise traveled through the air conditioner system, only to find the next morning that the window was half open all night.

Room was beautiful with lots of space, exceptially the bathroom. It was noisy with train, highway noise.

Didnt know about parking fee so i ask the front desk, she said yes but she had to talk before wi the manager and said no. Was surprise because i said, ey, i paid one night(around 230) and i didnt use the hotel, at least be nice and give me the parking fee for free. And i know that u cant control do because when u paid, there is a promotion or code thta u cant control ad to discount. So, hotel good, room good, management and parking fee pretty bad. That parking cost me 26 dollars everyday for 8 days..like 200.

Super clean with ample and easy parking. Breakfast was really good and everything was well stocked even though it was very busy. Great location.
