great hotel! need update GYM. if u picked this hotel for that don’t do it.., i went for work so both vivenzo have a high speed internet..: no issues to get my work done! super recommend! actually both vivenzo will depend the location will be better for u.

It is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and shower was wonderful with good pressure and hot water! The breakfast is outstanding! There is nothing bad to say about this property. Congratulations to the staff who keep it clean and up to date!

I had a pleasant stay at Vivenzo Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The staff was amazing throughout my stay—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was one of the highlights, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel also offers good value for the price. The property itself could use some updates, as some areas feel dated and the bathroom was in poor condition and in need of renovation.

The room was clean and comfortable. The stay started off great dropped the car off perfectly fine to valet. The room was clean the service was good……until we went to leave and get our car we were told we had a completely flat tire. Upon inspection it was totally flat which it wasn’t when I arrived. The man didn’t offer any assistance expecting us to fix it until we mentioned we want it fixed. We also found out by him that he had prior knowledge of it being flat and they never let us know until we wanted to leave! Also, made a comment about us giving the the worker who is from the hotel aswell that was fixing it some money because he was doing it on “his lunch break”.

Did not like anything about it Hotel was old and dirty. Bathrooms was discussing. Black lime all over it. The floors was missing pieces. Staff was rude. Restaurant was dirty.

It felt very safe and there was a nice restaurant in the lobby. The bed was extremely hard but still reasonably comfortable.

I had a very bad experience. I had complained about some small mosquitos located in the bathroom. In the following night a mosquito went into my ear.
