Breakfast was not so good, the eggs were almost like a soup and cold. We had to take cold showers and the bed and pillows were not comfortable and sheets could be better, softer and better fitter to the bed.

The staff was not rude but not helpful either from the check in to after. I left a medicine in the room after check out and it was impossible to contact the property. The numbers provided no one answers, the number on google doesn't work, whatsapp, no answer. I believe they need to work on their communication and train staff.

Minha experiência foi bastante decepcionante. Fui acomodado em um quarto com o vaso sanitário entupido e, ao solicitar a troca, fui informado de que não seria possível. Somente após sucessivas reclamações à recepção enviaram um funcionário para solucionar o problema. A qualidade da imagem das TVs é muito ruim ( tinha jogo da seleção brasileira no dia),incompatível com o padrão esperado. O recepcionista, cujo nome infelizmente não recordo, demonstrou pouco profissionalismo ao permanecer focado no celular assistindo ao jogo da Seleção Brasileira, comprometendo o atendimento. Além disso, solicitei a antecipação do café da manhã, pois sairia muito cedo para realizar uma cirurgia no Hospital Orizonte, mas não houve qualquer esforço para atender ao pedido ( e sei que há uma logística para isso) ou oferecer uma alternativa. O único ponto positivo é a localização.

Hole in the wall so it could pass the AC tube... but at the same time I got sunlight and 'air' passing through as well. Didnt like the beds... and asked for for a big one, not two singlea.

Great location, close to restaurants and bars. Safe street and neighborhood. The building is extremely noisy. You can hear everything from inside the room. Bring your ear plugs otherwise you won’t get any good might of sleep.

Location is the best thing about this property Parking was paid and with a higher price compared to other Hotels and parking garages around the property. It is also not suitable for SUVs or larger cars. Rooms are outdated and smelt like mold Staff not very supportive , including one receptionist that left his post and went to a room with a girl leaving the reception un attended Not very professional

Great location, you can park at night in the street if you want.

The room is spacious. The receptionist has an attitude problem and clearly lacks judgement when dealing with customers. Breakfast was ok, but too focused on breads and carbs.

The location is amazing. The staff and the breakfast didn’t match my expectations.

Location and staff were great. Internet is just bad. It barely keeps connected.

The parking lot was charged separately. This wasn't clear during the booking process. This was the only unexpected issue. The place itself and the services were great.

Exceptional

All the staff do their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible, but they are limited by the internal processes. The location is great, really quite and you can access good options for entertaining and dining really close (about 5/10 min by car). And the rooms have a good size. There is a lot of room for improvement on the breakfast: plastic glasses and lack of options. The supply processes (for breakfast) are a little disorganized, they can be improved. Other than that is to avoid using metal keys (traditional ones) and use magnetic cards.
