Almost cussed at and almost beat up upon arrival/at check in Check in is at 3, room was barely ready Pool was closed for good and disgusting No elevator to our floor Toilet paper hanging from shower upon arrival Moldy soap Fridge didnt work Outlets didnt work, only 1 lamp outlet worked

Our bath towels, while having clearly been washed, had permanent stains on them. There was also no elevator to use for upper floors. There was a lot of shady activity going on n the parking lot and open drug use. Not a family friendly environment though the hotel did have security on site. Breakfast was simple but adequate and the coffee was better than average for a hotel.

Everything was great except the shower head. It barely had any pressure and the water flow was like half gallon per minute. Other than that it was pretty good for the price range its at

This is a welfare housing hotel. It was dirty and poorly maintained. The parking lot did not seem like a safe place to leave a car packed for vacation. The neighborhood wasn’t great either.

By far one of the worst hotel I've been in... It's a scam. Don't pay a dime for this.

Bedding was clean. The express checkout was just that. Thank God! This Comfort Inn was a poor rehab of a 1990's hotel. Upon arrival, I waited in line while a leather-clad young lady in 4" pumps and a skirt barely covering anything paid for her room and got into the passenger seat of a car that did not match her persona. The elevator to our floor rose slowly and ground to a halt. the hallway carpet was so stained, that it almost looked like a pattern. The room appeared clean; however, the mini fridge door looked like it was kicked out of a rugby scrum, several of the outlets did not work, the curtains had tears and holes in them, one of the lampshades was partially crumpled, the bathtub was vintage and drain fixture corroded. The walls surrounding the bathtub were covered in unpainted spackle. Continental breakfast consisted of precooked 3"egg discs and sausage discs, neither of which were fully thawed, let alone warm. The pitchers of juice were empty and breakfast didn't end for another 30 minutes. If this was a super cheap hotel, then I would have gotten what I paid for. But for a location 30 minutes outside of DC, i would have expected much better accommodations for $225. For $10 more, I stayed at the Inner Harbor, waterfront view, polite staff, spacious and well-appointed room, well prepared food. Next time, I'll drive the extra distance. It was worth it.
