Great staff

Room was clean. Although parking wasn't free, it was easy to access. Hotel close to Target & a few other stores. Breakfast was very good.

Additionally, the check-in process was extremely frustrating. There was more than a one-hour delay before I was able to check in, which got my stay off to a very poor start.

Staff were very friendly. But I explained that i paid 6dollars for parking and the concierge said that I needed to pay for parking as the reservation did not show that I paid already. I ended up paying 21dollars for parking. I was staying at this hotel because my mother was in the adventist hospital for a heart attack. I just didn’t have it in me to fight this.

Nice breakfast. Pool was clean The outdoor pool closed early. 8 pm in the middle of summer. The paper on the fridge says that it closes at seasonal darkness. Which is 9:30 or 10 pm in the summer. We asked the front desk if they could open it till 9 pm so we could swim a little after our hot day of walking in the heave wave. -no They charged us for parking. Very disappointing. We had a 6x8 trailer so we had to pay for 2 parking spots per day. The hallway floors and the room floors don’t get vacuumed or swept. There were crumbs and lint all over in our rooms and hallways. Socks from previous guests were under the beds. The fridge was terribly dented, walls scraped. Kitchenette floor was gross. Shower handle was broken, wouldn’t stay up. No shelf or ledge in the shower to put a soap or razor on. Place could use a sprucing up in the rooms and hallways Pool and pool area was clean. Main entrance was nice and clean. Breakfast lady takes her job seriously! Good breakfast and she was vacuuming and cleaning behind guest! She works hard!

Terrible staff , very poor management and customer service.

Our suite was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was in walking distance to target, Aldi, kohls, mcdonalds, and Chipotle. We enjoyed our stay.

Location The room is with the tiniest I’ve ever had at a residence Inn

They was very easy to talk to and very helpful making sure my stay was excellent for my family and I

I am not sure if this is a Marriott Bonvoy thing or not!
-
Breakfast buffet was exceptional and the outdoor pool and hot tub were so well maintained. It is a great hotel for relaxing and taking a rest day on a trip!
-
Also the pay for parking was awkward.
-
Cleaning staff did not replenish supplies ( had to call numerous time and have things brought that should have been done during cleaning). Cleaning staff left door unsecured (not latched when we returned in the evening), anyone could have walked in and taken everything. Overall a poor experience and would not recommend.
-
Very nice place to stay, clean and comfortable. The only negative thing is the very expensive daily parking

This is poor to the Marriott brand and poor by the staff of the hotel. Seeing a big sign at the entrance about paying to park in an open lot in a suburban area makes no sense-- this is not a downtown area, there is a large shopping center across the street, and open parking lots of businesses next door. This must be changed and all guest should be compensated in some ways. If it were not a family celebration for my 9 year daughter on her birthday, i would have cancelled my reservation. Please review and fix. We have never seen this absent major dowtown areas-- Atlanta, Philly, DC, New York, Chicago, etc-- and never when it was not a parking garage and limitations in parking spaces. Horrible.
