Great location.... lots of options for food nearby. Parking is easy and safe. Staff is very friendly and helpful... we had the whole family in town so we decided to hang out in the lobby at big communal table... The folks at the lobby bar were incredible bringing us drinks, ice, soda and iced teas!

I STAYED WITH MY SIBLINGS FOR A 4 DAY. WE ENJOYED OUR TIME TOGETHER THERE. GRATEFUL TO THE STAFF, EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND CONCERNED. GLAD FOR THE RESTAURANT ON SITE AS WELL AS THOSE IN WALKING DISTANCE NEAR BY. KUDDOS TO ANTHONY, NELSON, CHEF LAWRENCE, SHANTE AND THE CLEANING LADIES ON MY FLOOR WHO HELPED ME TWICE. EVERYONE WAS VERY GRACIOUS TO ME AND MY FOUR.

The rooms are great and the location is close to restaurants, so you can walk instead of drive.

Housekeeping remains inconsistent at this property. When I checked in, the body lotion dispenser was empty. The next day I advised the front desk of this, and they said they alerted housekeeping. I returned to my room that evening, and the dispenser remained empty. Sometimes, all of your towels are replaced, sometimes not.

Location was great and plenty of restaurants in the area staff gave great customer service and not far from family that live in the area Only one elevator working at the time of my stay and for the price of the two days totaling 448.00, would be nice to have complementary breakfast. I stayed in Texas in April at a True Hilton hotel a smaller hotel and for four days and cheaper with complementary breakfast but overall the stay was great at your location.

Staff was excellent. Lobby was very nice. Room was very nice also. The only thing I didn’t like about the property was our bathroom was very musty spelling. We were in room 213. Also, the bathroom on the main floor to the lobby was musty smelling also.

I was charged too much. I was accused of smoking when we don’t even smoke. The police was called on me when I was calm. The police even reported that there was no smoking in the room. I still got put out and I live in a whole Nother state I was late for my Best so I missed out on a lot of money and I had to find somewhere else to stay overnight and was not returned any type of compensation or no one showed any proof of smoking even the police said there was no smoking. It was very embarrassing, leaving from my event in heels, carrying bags out, escorted by the police.
