Good value

The checkout time "before 10.30 AM" is a tad early, in particular if you just arrived the afternoon before. Also, the parking was expensive (Euro 12) and I would have appreciated if it was less or free for hotel guests.

Food Bed too hard

Friendly staff. Sauna Meals were adequate. Nice large suite Couldn’t sit on balcony due to construction noise. Distance from excursions. No quiet area to sit at night, other than far area of lobby, bar area loud. Would recommend a happy hour. Poor location for entertainment area. Not enough seating.

Great location staff in reception and bar and restaurant were exceptional Nothing

Above average all inclusive hotel. It has beautiful views from the room with stunning sunsets on a good day. Staff was friendly Dinner was disapointing, the pizzas were probably the worst i ever had. Breakfest was decent though. 10:30 check out time is probably the earliest check out time i have ever experiencd. If you are going to stay i recommed not taking the all inclusive. Better to take half board if you want the inclusive option. There are some nice restaurants close by and uber eats is always an option.

The bedroom was clean + spacious. Front of house staff were pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was poor. Ingredients inside my omelette were not cooked. I found a long black hair in my omelette also.

The view The ac was too hot the first 5 days and the cleanliness is not great they dont switch the sheets if you dont tell them

Best view ever! Breakfast was plentiful, very tasty and really varied! Rooms were very clean, hot water in seconds, even at the 6th floor. The staff was more than helpful and kind. They have a pool with clean, warm water.. not too crowded usually. The pool side is a non-smoking area, but you can walk 10m to a smoking place. There's also events with great live music and a great vibe. You can't smoke by the pool side. Which is not too bad, if you think about it.. :)

Lovely large hotel on a busy strip in the South of Spain. Absolutely loved the separation from the childrens/families areas, this has granted us a calm and quiet environment which was much appreciated. The hotel is big enough to get lost in but everyone working there was always incredibly polite and helpful. We only had breakfast but wished we booked all inclusive simply because it's just easier and simpler. We paid €19.00 per person per lunch or dinner which was still worth it compared to eating in town. Booking the taxi to the airport was cheaper (only took cash, €29.00 to Málaga airport) than taking one of the taxis from the rank. The facilities were clean and well kempt, the food fresh and lovely (even though we are a little picky!) and altogether we had a fantastic holiday. There were only two bits that we found slightly odd, one of them was the cleaners loudly cleaning from 8:00 in the morning in the neighboring rooms and once we saw one cleaner exit our room despite having the Do Not Disturb card hanging from the door. The other one is perhaps slightly more personal but I had a terrible neck ache from the first night I slept there. The stiffness disappeared as soon as I returned home so it could be a combination of the hard beds and low/soft pillows.

Absolutely nothing! If you're looking for a hotel with style, class, and even a basic level of professionalism – do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place! It's a disgrace that the authorities allowed this dump to slap four stars on the building – it doesn’t deserve even half of that. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that was this noisy. All the standard rooms are located right above the roof of the reception hall and the indoor pool – and that’s where the air conditioning units are mounted. They run 24/7. That means: forget the balcony, because you have to shout over the noise just to hold a conversation. Sleeping with the door open? Impossible. And even with it shut, the humming never stops. So much for enjoying a peaceful sea breeze. After the first night, we wanted to check out – but the hotel wouldn't let us. The staff? Rude, annoyed, and clearly overwhelmed. And the food? An absolute joke. At best, it’s cheap cafeteria quality. Almost everything is greasy or loaded with sugar. No fresh juices – just sugary junk. The fried eggs literally drip with oil when you put them on your toast. Tomatoes (one of the only healthy options) run out quickly and aren’t replenished. The same goes for dark bread – if they offer it at all. Show up an hour before mealtime ends, and chances are half the buffet is already empty, because they simply don’t refill. The dining hall sounds like a train station: screaming kids, indifferent parents, and a noise level so high you can barely hear yourself think. The staff? Cold, unhelpful, and never crack a smile. The pool? Two sad, hollowed-out concrete basins – exactly like the photos show. Our shower was full of mold, and the water pressure was miserable. There’s no direct beach access either – just rocks in front of the hotel. And honestly, I have no idea how this place gets decent ratings for its location. The main street in Benalmadena (with the pubs, shops, and cafés) is 1.
