Hotel was shabby - needed new carpets, a coat of paint everywhere. Public corridors were never hoovered in bedroom area, there were stains on the carpets and dusty everywhere . Minerals sold in the bar were absolutely not what was advertised and tasted awful ! 250 meters from the beach is down a steep hill, across a main road, down another steep hill and then at least 50 steps to the beach. This should have been made clear to potential guests. Also, very disappointed that Booling.com did not reply to my query about the advertised free transport from the airport to the hotel. When I went to confirm my flight time , the offer was no longer available and my email was not responded to , despite an automated reply saying it would be replied to in 48 hours. Will seriously consider using Booking.com again.

Nice swimming pool and playground for kids. Brekfast was ok. Ventilation smell was so bad that we had to ask for the room replacement. Hallway was super dirty and falling apart. There is a piece of mould over the doors in the hallway.

The bed wasn’t confortable. There was alot of noise at night to the point i couldn’t sleep.

The hole place looked scruffy and the food was very basic and d cold the kitchen staff and waiter were very rude I really felt unwelcome

Breakfast was decent and bar prices good. Location was close to beach but hill was a bit difficult for my dad to walk up so restricted things a bit. Good value for money considering what we paid. Corridors were in need of decoration. Walls in bedrooms paper thin so could hear talking from next door . Lots of noise from people walking past room in corridors and doors slamming so didn't sleep very well.

Very welcoming staff at the desk and among management, great location - close to everything, nice food , good facilities, night shows - really nice stay. Accommodation costs could be lower but that applies to all Spain not just this hotel :)

The staff are helpful , room is cleaned, but location was not really ideal for families with a baby . In our booking food is included but we paid again for drinks for nothing. Location not ideal and drinks are expensive

The long walk to the room and dirty carpet in the halls definitely needs updated.

Splash pad area is wonderful! Big breakfast buffet. The hotel offers parking so we choose to book here. However, there were no spots available the first night. We drove around 1.5 hours trying to find parking and had to end up paying more for a garage and then walk back up steep hill. We were able to get a hotel spot the second day but €20 cash is required, so we had to use their atm with fees. Elevators take a while coming out of breakfast with strollers.

Great size of the room. Modern and beautiful. Great view on the pools. Location is great. Close to the beach and main road. Staff is really friendly. Good selection of breakfast and dinner. Lots of activities for kids and adults. There was no bin in the room. Only one in the bathroom.

Room - good size. High up in block 1 with a fantastic view. Brilliant having a fridge and safe. Storage space ample for 5 days but feels like it would be neat for 2 weeks. Breakfast - enjoyable spread every day. Eggs and pancakes made on hot tray in restaurant. Some places do omelettes but not here - which has the advantage of smaller queues. Location - 30 yards off the main road up a slight hill. All in, very good hotel in a convenient location that we stayed in for a 2nd time Having to check out at midday for an 8pm flight - but I understand the challenge of balancing new arrivals and room availability. Would be nice if they provided courtesy pool towels.
